You can't really give other places 5 stars that count if you give Carl's 5 stars, so they get 4. This place is fine.
I ordered a famous star by itself with a medium Coke by itself the medium Coke was $2.99. When I get to the window the cashier tells me that they are out of Coke that if Dr Pepper is OK. I said yes Dr Pepper is fine, he comes back with my order and hands me A CAN DR PEPPER. 12OZ. Carl’s Jr. y’all think this is ok? Still charged me full price. Not cool.
They got the best French toast sticks in the world of drive thru...you get 5 stix and 2 containers of syrup for $4.59+tax
The service is fast but never get my orders right. Their French fries taste old and cold. Sometimes they give you really burnt fries. Burgers are kind of cold. The only thing I like is the cheap sodas during the summer
Piss Poor Customer Service, I walked up to the window , which usually has been accustomed to serving out the drive thru to those on foot ! After I waited for 8 cars to pass thru , the Employee popped out the Window and with Attitude About How People Demand to Be Serviced thru the window ! Now I Was About to purchase 4 premium combos for my family and I , My daughter went to bed hungry cs she was so sad ? She didn't want anything else! Plus it seems every time I order they find a way to mess it up , Like order an Egg and Cheese biscuit and receive Bacon Egg and Cheese Burritos And it clearly stated on the receipt what I ordered ! Best Not to Eat Here !

Been coming to this Carl's Jr. since the early 1980's and through the years it's held up as a clean, friendly and prompt restaurant. I have nothing but good things to say.
I was visiting from San Bernardino County where they don't make you wear a mask and I was told told immediately that I have to have a mask I didn't have one and walked out the store to look and see if I had one in my car but I came back and told the person working the counter that I didn't have one and they said they had one for me haha anyway I used coupons to get my meals and everything went great after that the food was hot and tasty
Please tell me how you justify charging 15 to 18 dollars for a large meal on doordash.
Ordered online they never received it had to wait over 30 minutes to get order. Was not right. If you have a online service and take money for that service you need to make sure it works. Employees had no clue about online ordering they only know grub hub and uber. Train your people if it's not for public to use you should say that. Not happy with experience.
