Slow, always out of their specials, but the girls are very nice
Nasty burgers specially the chicken burgerIt was super undercooked. I was going to complain but my husband didn’t want me to. He said what do u expect from fast food places.Save yourself food poisoning.
It's currently 12:41am Friday night, actually Saturday morning and I've been sitting in this drive thru for 35 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me and 1 car behind me. Ridiculous
This place is awful, I've been to this place for quick grab & go, they're always out of atleast 3 or 4 items from the menu. It's pathetic. Customer service is bad aswell you order a kids 6pc chicken star meal and have to drive out and park in the parking lot to wait for that 1 meal. The worse part is that they don't have a line of customers ordering or waiting for food.
Slow service, but very fresh. Impersonal service. They could have been short staffed.
I haven't been in south el Monte in over 5 years and back then this location had the most helpful and nice employees but my last visit on 2/5/22 was horrible the cashier told me that she didn't had any change she made me go back to my car to find the exact change and then when the other employees gived me my order she was extremely rude unprofessional I asked her for some ketchup and she basically threw it into the bag she had a horrible attitude I am not a person that makes a big deal about little stuff and I don't ask to be treated like a king but only we the respect that I deserve as a paying costumer I am not asking for hand outs the employees at this location need to be thankful to have a job but now day a lot of people don't want to work they just want everything easy I really wander if monkeys are running this location or they just don't care

For only having 2 people working they were Awesome keeping things moving and friendly service.
The service was what you should expect from a fast food joint; on point. There was three of us and it came out to over $50 bucks. My friend Foote the bill but I was like ouch when he pulled out his wallet and started fishing for some $20 dallor bills. Yeah so.it ain't cheap. But I will say their guacamole burger co.bo is to due for....toodles
