Took my mom and brother to get food but now I regret it. The drive thru cars and two customers that came in after my mom and brother inside the restaurant got their food before my brother. 15 minutes for 3 little sandwiches. I wouldn't have minded the wait if it was busy, but it was 3 little sandwiches...and the fact that several other customers got their food before my brother even though he ordered before, is unacceptable.
The fries are not the best, as far as fast food chains go. The Chicken Jr is alright. The cashier had no energy and slow.
Worse service EVER !!! They close the door in my face, when I argue that I was driving a truck and therefore I wouldn’t be able to go to the drive tru the did not care and refused to assist me with a very bad attitude, though they were young people that’s not THE WAY YOU TREAT A COSTUMER !!!!
Order wasn't correct, no katchup was giving, no straws were giving. I even repeated my order twice at drive thru.
I placed my order at 10pm it got to me in 30 minutes. Everything was stale. Fries were stiff and hard nuggets were solid chicken sandwich had an old oil taste and it was hard and the orange soda was flat. My thing is if you can't serve people fresh food because you're too lazy to make it just stay home and be lazy and feed your family old stale food. I didn't get it my way today I got it old stale and busted like the person who prepared this nasty old foodRevise: and there was some nasty long wavy permed hair in my food.
Took my order 4 times before they got it right. Horrible service. Not going back. Hard to understand their thick accent. I felt like I was in another country.
Food was fast and the service was good. The taste was not the best. Seems like the chicken was sitting there for a while
Seriously I went to go buy my kids 4 Bacon cheeseburgers plain and the cook didnt add the bacon we got charged for it and the wrapper has the B for bacon but no bacon they need to careful with the orders. I payed for something just to not get it..... So disappointed I love this Bk and they let me down.
