The food is okay, and not expensive. But the lady behind the counter seems like she needs anger management lesson. She's like ready to put up a fight against her customer with her angry and toxic face.No matter how inexpensive they are, I rather bring my business elsewhere.
The food is good I gonna be honest, you will never do wrong with any item you order. But the front desk lady’s attitude really sometimes bugs me … please change with the lady who cooks inside the kitchen. This is not Vietnam and people do serve with a happy face although you don’t charge tips in the restaurant we know.
Food is pretty good and convenient, but customer service is horrible. . Cashier is very rude, both times I've been there.
They NEVER pick up their phone so I don’t know how people place their order for pick up lol
I order a steak Baguette & an Egg roll. I ask a employee (woman) if I could get some hot sauce, she said she put some in. I asked-where, she said inside, so I looked in the bag there was nothing. I asked inside the sandwich? she said, yes!! With a tone. Why, would she put hot sauce in the sandwich with me asking her to do so… I knew she was lying… So anyway I told her can I have one more. She replied one what ? I said Hot Sauce! She was so annoyed just because I asked her for some hot sauce. The only reason why i asked for an extra one was because I knew she didn’t put anything inside the sandwich. And Yes the sandwich had NO Hot sauce inside!!! The sandwich overall was bad, bread tasted old no crunch to it like a baguette. No flavor.. That Lady there is so rude with an Attitude. Don’t ask for Hot sauce!
Way better than Yoshinoya! I love these places. Surprisingly good and very inexpensive ?. I had a spicy pork soup ? with liver and other meats. Like combination meat soup. My basil was a bit dehydrated and wish they had better quality basil ? but the flavor was good ? They even had ready to go food with rice, egg, meat n veggies. They have egg rolls ready to go and some pockets made there too. You enjoy your food there or pick up to go fresh and quick. Amazing right? Hardly any wait. I gave it 3 stars ⭐️ because I wish it was way cleaner in the dining room and wish the customer service was a bit friendlier for us newbies. Everything looks delicious and it’s worth a try! I would come soon and I do recommend the food.
In general, a place for relatively lower food pricing for your lunch. At this particular BMC, @ Lower Azusa, service is horrendous. People's tone are unfrienly and poor attitude. With that said, I don't go for their service, though it will be better. I go because of the bargain prices of their Vietnamese banh mi and their chicken pho, especially with how expensive a typical lunch is today. Food taste is good enough to return and comparable to the cost. Overall, if you expect grandiose service and meal to wow you, it would disappoint. But.... cheapness keeps me going back.

I’ve been here before and the shrimp fried rice use to be worth the price with the big size and how good it was. Idk how they downgraded sizes and a give a tiny bowl for $10. It was also super greasy towards the bottom and ended up getting an upset stomach later on because of that. The lady in the front is also rude, not a please or thank you. No manners at all. when I asked for Sriracha she seemed upset and only gave me one packet when I clearly asked for like 3 or 4. I don’t think I’ll be coming here again after what happened
