TO OWNER GET WITH THE TIMES .APPARENTLY YOU DONT CARE THAT YOUR MENU IS NOT EYE APPEALLING.I RDERED 2 ASADA TACOS AND THE MEAT DID NOT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PIC .THE TACOS LOOK DISGUSTING I DIDNT EAT IT .AND THE WORKERS NEED TO BE POLITE AND NOT BE SO RUDE I WALK PAST THIS PLACE EVERYDAY AND IT LOOKS UNIVITING ALOT OF PEOPLE FEEL THE SAME WAY. 4 13 22
Another place saying that they are 24 hours but yet there staff is unwilling to take orders. I grew up to this location meaning always though it was reliable to go and have a late dinner with friends but sadly another location that has been rendered useless. Sadly after today I will not be going back to this location at all meaning they officially lost my business. I am getting tired of these restaurants taking advantage to close early and making an excuse such as low staff and covid. When the covid is literally almost over with.
charged me service fee of .75 cents 2 times cause they charge for extra salsa didnt even tell me there is a service fee .i hope the 17 dollar breakfast burritoz with no meat are good but my expectations are low at this point .
There's new people working there who are not so friendly. Kind of stuck up and arrogant. They should channel that energy towards making a good carne asada fries.
Went to the drive-through today ordered a Asada burrito come to find out it was cold inside the meat was cold and the tortilla was also cold. When I went back the heavyset lady at the window said well what do you want, what do you mean what do I want I want a replacement I’m not asking for a refund she got upset gave the item to the cook who threw it in the microwave and gave it back all sloppy this is ridiculous this is the first time I had a problem with this dump I won’t be returning
The people are friendly, the food is great, the prices are great..! I recommend it to people who have never been here..! Go with your family, friends, husband/wife, children, people from church, bring your enemy..! Be safe and God bless..!! ❤️
I usually order though uber eats, but I love their food.Packaging is always different and portions also vary. But the taste is great.
First time there and was rushed when ordering on drive thru. Didn't have time to look at whole menu. I drove up to menu and the employee asked Can I help you. Told him it was my first time. Cars in back so I ordered a burrito. Not sure if they have Combo plates or tamales? Rush, Rush, Rush
This place has awesome carne asada fries I highly recommend eating here. Everything on menu is Mm good.
The food had no taste, as well as small portions. What made it worse is the customer service. Also, our order was incorrect. When someone orders & reiterates the fact that the tacos are POTATO & they receive beef, when vegetarian, an apology is usually necessary. A vegetarian of over 40 years bit into a beef taco, when the receipt even says POTATO. Again, had it been handled professionally then this wouldn’t had been an issue, but the bad attitude is really uncool. The woman at the front taking the orders seems to be very unhappy with her job.
