Overpriced, how to repeat my order three or four times they still got it wrong. Only one option for flavored sugar-free sweetener. Better off going somewhere else

Can’t even study inside because it’s always so cold. The drinks variate, sometimes they’re good and sometimes they’re not. It’s expensive coffee so do better.
98 % of the time everything order is correct. Order on app . pick up drive thru. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.
Really poor service!!! I went to get 2 venti iced matcha green tea lattes. When I got to the window, the girl tried to give me my drinks and I realized that they were not even full. She passed them to another girl that her solution was; putting on more ice to them...!! I told the girl in the window"Hey I ordered them with light Ice, and I'm telling you about not being full, and your coworker solutions was putting in more ice?" She gave me the looks, and she didn't even apologize, she just went to the back and closed the Window. When I got the drinks, guess what? It was not my 7 scoops of matcha anymore. They just threw part of the product, added more milk to it, and reduced the quality of my drink! It tasted like just regular milk!
I used to enjoy going to this Starbucks, but my last visit was my first after their remodel inside. I'm not impressed. It feels more cramped like there is less space over all. I feel like they put the register/place to order on the wrong side. There is no flow anymore. People are bumping into each other just trying to place an order. I won't go inside again until they fix the place. The drive thru is still good just usually busy.

This location right off Imperial Avenue, which is also Highway 86, is great for out of towners because it's right in the middle of lots of big retailers: Walmart Superstore, Costco, Target, Aldi, Petsmart, Lowe's and more. It's also great for locals for the same reasons. Don't be discouraged by long lines since the crew is fast and accurate. They are on point. Leave the lovely, hardworking team a tip, folks.
