Horrible service, all I ORDERED was a simple sonic cheeseburger, just the burger. Took over 15 min.. Plus I was the only person in line..PLZ SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T EAT HERE.. GARBAGE BURGER. NEVER AGAIN..
Generally, I love Sonic. This location is something else. I've been around here a few months but didn't even know it was in operation because a glance would have you thinking it's shut down and\or abandoned property, it's in really rough shape. Used the drive-through because most of the park and order spots are unusable, no screens.I asked if it was possible to put bacon instead of sausage on the Super Sonic Breakfast Burrito. Much conversation about what I meant ensued, seemed clear my request was possible so then I said "great, two of those please." I paid, lengthy wait at the window and I thought oh good, hopefully it's taking awhile cause he's making sure it's correct. A new guy at the widow handed me the bag and I left. One burrito was correct, the other had the bacon I requested, but only eggs, and cheese sauce otherwise (tater tots, tomato, onion, jalapeno missing).Went back to the drive through, guy taking orders said it was entered as something else suggesting that I received what was ordered so there was no error to correct. I said "how? I didn't ask you for anything else, I requested two after we talked about the bacon." This is an aspect I could have investigated myself if I'd been given a receipt, but I wasn't. He said he's having a new one made and to give him back the wrong one. I'm happy to show it to him as proof of the mistake, but I thought food safety laws prevented them from taking anything back? Questionable behavior on that count.I handed him the first bag, he handed me a new bag, I left again. This new burrito, inexplicably, is wrong in new ways; no tater tots, no cheese sauce, and it's got sausage instead of bacon. He treated me decent but at this point I'm at a loss about what's going wrong in the exchange, comically wrong. I didn't bother taking the time to go back again. It was a bummer. Drive thru only. We had a trailer so couldn't drive thru & weren't allowed to walk through the drive thru. Not going back. Other fast foods weren't that way.
Good food good service skills. I always visit sonic when I'm in town. I have a good time when I visit sonic.
One of my favorite places in El Centro. They’re usually busy but their service is fast and accurate, theyve always got my order correct. Great drive in experience

This is our go to spot for the kids to get a treat. SOO many drink and slush options. Great kids menu and food menu in general. The boneless chicken wings are very good and drinks like the cherry limeades and vanilla coke are definitely our drinks of choice! Even better when we make it in during Happy Hour. Thank youFor some of the reviews below complaining about the weather, it's pretty obvious that the Valley gets really hot in the summer and that is why there is an indoor and car drive in order menu, so you don't have to sit outside. Try it and avoid sitting outside like everyone else has become accustomed to, to avoid the horrible Valley heat.

Service very slow. Debit card not always accepted. Employees not cordial. Food is ok at best.
