You have employees that cannot get the order straight! We walk in and request half of the pizza with veggies and the other half of the pizza with pepperoni and pineapple we get home and the pizza is all veggies mixed with the pepperoni and the pineapple got upset called it in I was told I could get a free pizza when in there later and I ask them to give me a pepperoni and pineapple pizza only two items. I get home open the box and it's pepperoni and Ham!! Come on and I told him twice pepperoni and pineapple.?
I paid for two stuffed crust pizzas. When I got home they had put a normal pepperoni pizza in one. I tried calling about the issue and stayed on the line for over 5 minutes with no answer. Check your orders right in front of them if you want it done right. No way you’ll get assistance afterwards. It’s obvious which one is stuffed from the photos. ?

We wont be ordering from here anymore. No notification, no one rang the doorbell, no knock on the door (we were sitting in the living room watching tv and waiting for our food that was already an hour and 15 mins late) I called the restaurant apparenrly it had just been delivered 10 mins ago, that our pizza was delivered, they left my family's food...ON THE FLOOR in front of my door. Nope, bye!
I almost always have issues with this location, but it’s my partner’s fav pizza spot so he always ends up going back. This time, we took a bite into the garlic knots and we BOTH got raw dough on the inside. My partner noticed it first and held up the garlic knot - it was so raw, the dough was so stretchy I thought they messed up our order and gave us cheese filled bread. Even he is over their mistakes and decided we won’t be back!
Ordered a large pizza with bacon. Had no bacon on it. Cost me $30. As a Veteran my one good meal I get a month was awful. They replaced it but the cost and the disappointment made me so sad I lost my appetite completely. Been ordering from Papa John.s for twenty years and this was my first disappointment but it was a big one

I have ordered from this restaurant three times every time I get to the restaurant my order is on a ticket on the side the no one’s looked at. The pizza is very good but the employees need to stop playing around and focus on their job. If it’s a slow time they seem to be lower than when they’re busy
