We order online: when I came to pick up my order, they stated they have already “pick up.” I had the email and reservation # but they did not care. When asked to called to corporate they PRETENDED they did it. when asked to see the cameras to see who has gotten my food they denied it.Then they decided to “make the food again”I waited about 50-60 minutes for my food that was already payed for.Do NOT order via online/app.

Small portion entree sizes wont be going back they are greedy with their food Beware of this location folks if you value your money

I can’t even begin to describe how many times they have made me wait over 40 minutes for ORANGE CHICKEN and TERIYAKI CHICKEN. I’ve had to contact corporate twice already. The second they tellMe to park at the front I just know they will have me waiting forever. Also zero apologies for all those times they have done that to me.

Under staff. Gentlemen who eventually took my order was kind enough to ask if I wanted to wait to get a freshly cooked teriyaki chicken which was appreciated considering what was left in the pain. However, once I arrived home, it was discovered that the teriyaki chicken was under cooked.

Waited an additional 15 minutes for our online order for vegetables to be done only to have to throw them away. They were extremely salty. Rest of plate was already room temperature by the time we got home (less than 5 minutes away).

I was driving by in the parking lot and I saw about 5 workers gathered around in the parking lot. I drove past them and notice one of them was smoking from bong of some sort. They all were in their uniforms whether they were on break or off work. I did however see one of them head back inside the building. I don't believe that looks good at all and is unacceptable. There is a time a place to do those things and it's definitely not at your job. This happened on 2/3/22 @2:24pm.

Went today for the first and last time. Went thr drive thr and Sydney provided horrible and LAZY customer service. She most definitely needs training in customer service

It was ok; ordered two exact plates; however, the server/cashier forgot the main important item on the plate; the orange chicken! Luckily we decided to dine in; otherwise, it would have been a major delay in our already busy day of plans; As soon as the error was noticed, the same person admitted the mistake and served the orange chicken. An apology was admitted, nothing to given or said to make up for the mistake; that's why I gave a 3 star, not the worst or best place.
