I'm just going to say great server..order soup didn't come tell the end of our meals..very disappointed..but the rest of the food was good..
Great food and amazing service from our waitress Demmy. Definitely makes the food taste better when you get good service
This was dinner for 2Our waiter, Sonny, was AWESOMESommy knew the menu and made great recipes.Sonny also had the table behind us. That customer was loud, obnoxious and difficult.Sonny called him down and offered him options to make him happy. I was very impressed how well he handled the customers issues and resolved them. Most waiters would have called the manager but Sonny talked him through everythingSonny tended to us and made sure we had an enjoyable dinner.
Black rotten spots on potatoes in Tuscana soup. Also soup was advertised as creamy on the menu, in fact, it was as watery as chicken both from a box.Sent it back.Spicy ranch for appetizer Shrimp Misto was foul(gone sour). So disgusting and embarrassing. Had to spit it into napkin.I didnt trust the food at that point and begrudgingly ate salad and filled myself up with a bottle of cheap sparkling/Blended Moscato was better than expected.On the service side, server spoke very little english making things somewhat frustrating because I do not speak spanish. He was friendly, and the manager was also friendly and took our concerns well. Customer service was fine.This restaurant is not for people who know how to cook, appreciate quality and/or care about their health.

Okay so I’ve always like this Olive Garden because most of the time they have friendly service but my last visit there which was 2 weeks ago was not the best. First it was a Sunday and yes it’s always packed and crowded with a wait time of at least half an hour. Once we got our booth everything was good but the first server that we got was a little rude (thank goodness she had to leave) and then our second server was a little nicer. The thing that bothered me the most is that I had the stroller next to our booth and servers kept handing plates and everything across the stroller (my 3 month old was in there asleep) instead of on the side. Like is it obvious that you are not supposed to pass HOT plates across a baby on a stroller and there was space on the side, what if something would’ve fell on the baby?! only one server that wasn’t our server that did give us our plate through the side. Also our server kept hitting the stroller (accidentally) when giving us our plate.Now regarding the food, it was good, just like any other Olive Garden but don’t expect the service to be fast because it is not.And another reason for my 3 stars is that the restrooms were disgusting, very dirty.
Not familiar with meal wanting to order. Thus, waitress was helpful in offering options. A delicious and appetizing meal was ordered shareable with two people.
Went on Veterans Day for free dinner due to being active duty. No line, place was packed and the food still came out fast, hot and fresh. The lasagna was perfect and the chocolate lasagna was sinful.
The men's restroom wasn't clean. The food is good. Too many hostesses just talking among themselves and not working. Our waitress was very good.
Food was great but waiter forgot about us . The girl waiters who brought our food was great .
