Took our 96 year old friend to dinner. She complained about her steak. We thought she was just being a complainer, until we tasted her steak. She ordered a sirloin and was brought a large piece of meat. It was stringy and Tough. We informed our waiter, who was extremely polite and pleasant concerning the steak and he said he was sorry. The rest of the meals were good. Music was loud until we asked them to turn it down. You have a good restaurant, but it’s not family orientated . A couple of other employees came over to see if everything was ok. We didn’t complain to them because we had already done so.
Went here on the way back from a long trip. I was starving and just needed food and happened to come across los Cabos. At first I just thought it was some regular old Mexican grill that you can find anywhere (not that those are bad) but compared to those, los Cabos blew me away. I almost felt a little informal going in. I am not kidding you when I say that this is the best Mexican/coastal grill I’ve ever been to. My taco was carefully filled to the brim with the most delicious shrimp I’ve ever had. Great service, 5/5!
Horrible place.and the Norteño live band Código is a joke. They are a live band that gets paid to play at the venue. They ask you want songs you want to hear. They wait until you pay the bill and corner you and make you pay for the songs you picked. When you walk in their are no signs saying they charge per song or do they ever tell you they charging you per song. Place and band is a scam. Avoid at all cost.

This was my first time visiting and I was like a kid bewildered by the beautiful decor! It was tasteful and in a fun way, BUT the FOOD!!! If you could hear my voice right now - it's at a high pitch because just thinking of it makes me want to go back right this minute to eat more!! My mouth is literally salivating as I am typing this!!! WOW!! The food is second to none - and the customer service hands down friendly and quick! I hope it always stays this way. I live in Arizona, but I will definitely go back to eat here next time I'm in town! Buen provecho!
I had been here before and the service wasn't that great didnt want to return until I did & my mom was completely changed by the server named Jorge excellent service he has served us twice now & if it wasn't for him me and my family wouldn't have returned he goes above and beyond in making sure we are satisfied with everything and gives great recommendations. definitely will be back for the great. food & excellent service given by Jorge

Is it okay to leave the poop in shrimp? I went with my family to eat at Los Cabos and the new location was beautiful and the service was amazing but all of our meals had shrimp that wasn’t cleaned. Every shrimp had poop in it :(. I was bummed because we spent almost $100. Maybe it’s just my family though who cleans shrimp?
