my husband and I ordered two burritos. there wasn't any people in back or in front of us waiting in the drive thru but yet we waited 20 minutes for our burritos. I would understand if they were very short staffed but they were so rude. my husband kindly knocked at the drive thru window at least two times but no one came out to at least tell us "sorry, it's on its way." when the guy finally opened the window, he gave us our food in a rude manner and closed the window without saying a word. that is why I am taking the time to respectfully write this review. food could be good but I don't think it's fair for customers to be treated this way.update: my husband and I tried the burritos. sadly, there's not much flavor -- not very good.
Clean Mexican eatery w/ great menu. Service is solid and the wait not long...a minor drawback- no salsa cups for the salsa bar...if you are dining in you'll have to pour your salsa over your food.
I 1st want to state that this place has wonderful food for a good price. However the management there especially the gentleman Omar, Very disrespectful I ordered a carne asada, eggs, burrito with beans and large quesadilla. Instead of getting what I ordered I got carne asada, guacamole, and beans the only problem is I'm allergic to avocados. I found out the burrito that I got on the 2nd bite it had avocados so I took it back to Omar letting him know that I got the wrong burrito and I was allergic to avocados. That's when he told me there's nothing he could do I would have to pay for a new one or eat the 1 that I got. Then I asked for a manager that's when he told me he was the manager. Then I asked to speak to the owner that's when he said that the owner wasn't in that he'd take my name and number I gave that and I asked for the owner's name and number. As I was looking around for the health department's info to get the phone number, they didn't have it posted for the public to see. That's when I asked for the health department's number as well. That's when Omar refused to give me both the owner's number and the health department's number then proceeded to call the cops on me for asking for numbers. At the end of the day all I wanted was my order fixed or a refund but Omar wouldn't do either because he would have to pay for it. It took the cops getting there to finally get it resolved were I got a refund.
Not enough food for the price, 4 little beef tacos, 2 Little salsas and drink for $16 dlls.Asked for more salsas and they wanted more ? ?
The food was good but for some odd reason, they don’t like to put out the little plastic containers at the salsa bar. So I walked up to the counter, literally as the girl was pre-filling the little plastic containers with salsa for drive-thru orders, and asked if I could have a one or two for my BURRITO and she just rudely says no without any further explanation as to why not.
I ordered food and literally seconds later I wanted to cancel one of my orders and I was told no ....
Very clean, excellent prices, and awesome service. Upps love the food and the variety.?

Despite being slow service and food took forever the food had no flavor when asked for a togo cup was told would be an extra charge
When the cashier told me that the Flautas plate only comes with three, I said it would be fine. What she brought to the table, however was three taquitos not even a half-inch thick, less than 4 inches long, and not even enough meat to see without looking through it like a telescope. And she put it on the table, I told her that I would not accept that. She told me there are no refunds and walked away. I try to let it go, but it was $9 for something that I could get 46 of at Walmart for the same price. She told me she couldn't get a manager. It took another customer getting involved for them to even offer a solution. Even then the two girls behind the counter were rude and very unhelpful. Once we got our food, it was somehow salty and bland at the same time.
