Very good food. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant. If you're interested in Mexican food at all, you need to try this place out.

Hot and fresh order placed by phone. Food was ready in 15 minutes.3 shredded beef hard shell tacos beans and rice on the side lettuce and cheese and tomatoes. The bomb ?!
This is a hometown, family owned business with good, homestyle Mexican food. Staff handled our large group quickly & efficiently, & were very friendly & accommodating. I wish I lived closer.
Honestly only went here because Antojitos is closed on Mondays and it was the closest mexican food to me. I hadn't been here in a few years since the last times I went it was disgusting. I went ordered food and everything tasted as if it was all canned food. Even the salsa they put at the beginning with no chips tastes like the pace or tostitos canned salsa. The salsa they used for the meat was old looking and looked like the nasty las palmitas enchilada sauce. Would not recommend at all! I let the server know my food was nasty tasting and nothing was done.
Family Charm all the way since 1980. I first ate a meal with them in there original location around 1982. When traveling through El Centro this is my must stop place for a meal. I love the family, the food, the atmosphere. Thank you for all the memories of LA Fondas.
Very bad food they gave us the salsa but no chips. How are we supposed to dip? With the spoon. It was 3:00 afternoon. Somebody has to get up earlier. Will never go there again.
No organization, no one greeted you. You had to find your own clean table. Waited 10 minutes, before someone offered us a drink. Food was good. But did not like the customer experience.
Met a friend for margaritas, @ 7:40ish. They cl?se @8, so we didn't have time to dine. The 4 margaritas=$32,?,& we did not taste ANY alcohol.They said 1.5 ounces of alcohol added, but we didn't taste ANY, + Ice was not crushed! =W?RST margaritas! + with ice cubes!?= N? mas!!
Compliments to chef. Food was delicious. It's just not enough on plate to get a grown man full. Never had steak for breakfast but that steak was damn good. Not tough at all. I can cut with my fork. Excellent service as well.
