I ordered an 8 piece tender basket and was told I couldn’t substitute the sides. I also asked for one of each sauce. I got home approximately 10-12 mins away and they only gave me honey mustard and hot sauce. I called and was told I could come back and get the sauces and they would give me 4 more tenders. The rest of my food would have been cold. Also no honey for the biscuits.
Went in on 4/9/22 I could tell they were short handed the guy behind the counter was amazing! He was taking orders and preparing the food! Guy was on fire! Great work and great attitude!!
Apparently managers don't work on weekends so the employees don't care what comes out of the kitchen and goes into the bags.

I decided to get my food inside since the drive thru line was 11 cars deep and out into the street. The service here is usually pretty fast. From the time they took my order to getting the food was only about 6 minutes. There were only 3 other customers ahead of me inside. The food was good. It was KFC. The place is clean, the customer service was fast and friendly.
I'm a regular consumer, I haven't purchased lately because the chicken hasn't met my standards. It seems to taste very salty and by the looks of it its not thoroughly cooked. I hope to see some changes.

Cashier Gabriella gave me the wrong order and I noticed when I got home I call and said I received the wrong order they put me on hold and never answered any of my callspoor service!!!!
