Burger was undercooked and not cooked to my preference that I told my waitress.Had to ask twice for a side of barbecue sauce.Waitress chose to package my leftovers at the table which is kind of strange usually the customer does that especially in the age of covid.
The waitress we had was very friendly, prompt, restaurant knowledge and very attentive to our needs. Made our evening enjoyable.
Mama's Spaghetti was very good, really generous portions and a comfortable atmosphere. Lunch was a bit pricey, but very good food. Restaurant was clean and tidy, service was quite slow at lunchtime, I only saw 2 servers while dining in. Overall good experience.
Always great service and good food. I like the lunch size portions of certain entrees. Love the bread with olive oil. Never disappoints.
We're are here from out of town. Some family members recommended this place. There was 5 of us. We ordered 2 appetizers and 4 dinners. Everything was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was great. Definitely will come back when we're back in town.
So I ordered the PECAN chicken salad...about 17 bucks. I have no idea why they call this a PECAN salad. I found about 6 tiny pieces of pecans on the plate. This should have been advertised as a crunchy chicken spinach salad for about 5 bucks less.

Service was really fast and so was waiting to be seated it was really fast too!Our server Mr.Ernesto was really kind and patient with us and I really do appreciate The good experience and fun we had there tonight!I will definitely come back to eat plus our food was really tasty and warm!
Food is DELICIOUS!. Assistance is great (not from all the staff, though). Bathrooms I guess are ok. Remember an excellent restaurant has it all. Go Carinos! Go!
Our waitress was fast, efficient, and friendly! I was amazed at how she remembered our entire order for 3 people, plus drinks, and appetizers without writing anything down ? and got it all correct!! The food was delicious and plenty of it that we had to take the rest home. I think I enjoyed their menu a little more than the other place. It seems more authentic Italian to me.
