I went to get breakfast for the Family. It was a smooth stop until I checked my order. I was missing a sandwich. After explaining they promptly filled my order!

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the line didn't move. Decided to go in and order, waited 10 min. to order and had to wait 30 min to get my order. I couldn't believe, how long I had to wait.
