I walked in they welcomed me and took my order. I got my food went to go sit down and seen almost every table hadn't been cleaned. Not happy I'm on a crutches and can't walk good. Then I hear the employees talking aloud about the homeless people. How they could they live like that and there not clean. I stayed there about 2 hrs. Wasting time. One person named Andre so nice and asked how my day was.
Night Shift crew needs training again. Food is cold and asked for ketchup but didn’t get a single pack. Improperly packed as if they just threw the food in the bag and handing it to me not even folding it SMH -_-

This Jack's is 1 out of the 100 in the Valley. The Valley can't be wrong when it comes to there choice of fast food. 5 stars.
Slow drive thru and half of my order was missing.
Clean, decorated well, large plexiglass at indoor order window. Good service. We enjoyed our breakfast sandwiches. Coffee mediocre.
Not going to lie, this is one of the best jack in the box I've ever ate from. I got off work late at night and the night shift crew knocked it out of the park. The spicy chicken was crispy and everything was well made.
Place was not clean. Tables need some attention
