The service was good, the food was to be expected. I was just surprised that the locals don't come to this place much. I guess most just get a to-go Order.In-Out line stays full, Panda Express is staying busy. But this IHOP seem to be lacking customers.From the outside it looks Closed from lack of customers.But overall service was like a regular IHOP.
Great crepes! But this restaurant is the only IHOP for the whole Imperial Valley. Why isn't there another location, say, in Calexico? Why?This stupid Imperial valley is so backwards & behind which remains old with very little prospects. Get with the program whoever makes the decisions in council to seek better prospects for a fast growing community.
Service could not have been any better! Terrific job, thank you Waitress Ivonne Z!Tasty meal.Restroom, which I depend on to wash my hands prior to my meal, needed a lot of attention. Soap dispenser was detached from wall, sitting on sink and empty. Made me wonder how-if cook was able to wash his-her hands prior to cooking my food!!! Restroom smelled bad, paper on floor … should’ve been immaculate for having practically no business at that time of day. We will not likely dine here again unless it’s early breakfast when we know the GM is present and know it’s staffed sufficiently and clean. Thumbs up - food and service, big thumbs down -restroom. Can we receive a ‘do-over’?
First one I've found with truck parking close by . I've loved IHOP since the 80s or so .wasn't disappointed. .they even speak good ol southern English . Of course the waitress was a foreigner like me . .she was from Texas
Great food and service...love the Gluten free menu just wish it wasn't such a large upcharge for that option

I came here on the weekend to eat with my husband and I went to sign in with the hostess. She asked me how many to my party? I told her 2 but she never ask me my name. I came back and asked her how she was supposed to call me if she never asked me my name and she said I did but my name wasn't even on the sign in sheet. People were called ahead of me that had signed in after me I let the manager know and she fixed the issue but not in the proper way that customer service should be handled. Of course the waitress was good and the food was good.
Waited in line for about 40 mins, there wasn't too many cars so i said why not. The food was medicore and the workers were nice. Then i realized i was making line for in-n-out and not i hop. 9/10 will do again
