Everytime I visit this pollo loco i leave satisfied because they always get the order right even in busy days
LOVE their fresh food, delicious iced teas, and friendly customer service, BUT someone in management desperately needs to get on the ball with fixing or replacing their iced tea maker because it hasn't been working for a good TWO MONTHS. So no iced tea for us loyal tropical tea customers. Ridiculous. I have many friends who also enjoy El Pollo Loco's iced tea; they are losing business. What on earth takes 2 months to make this happen? So for now, 2 stars.
Didn't have any breast and wings cooked. I don't care for dark meat. Very disappointing. I was there at dinner time. Not nice. I don't go to town very often and really wanted chicken.
The avocado chicken burritos did not have avocado. Seems like different staff maybe that's why the food wasn't the greatest, since our last visit

Food always good. But the service is so slow. They don't move very fast. 25 min for one item. Grrr
