Excellent service, great hot fresh food made to order. Good fun friendly customer service, would recommend getting a sign up of when the building was damaged due to a local or alien visitor crashing into the dinning room. I am preparing to work outside half the time if needed, I want to get experience in the produce area and will be prepared this time..
Worst service possible. Would’ve given this location a no star if possible. Walked back in to have my order fixed, they slapped some lettuce and tomato an gave it back to me. ⚠️ “AVOID THIS LOCATION”!
I ordered the famous star without cheese, but was made with cheese, so they fixed the issue but didn't reimbursed cheese charges, overall I enjoyed my meal. Plus their phone number is a fax so nobody can call for complaints
Stopped by for lunch the other day. The food is great, but I lost track lf time and almost made it late back to work; I eat very slow.
The employee at the drive thru has the most pleasant demeanor I've ever encountered at a drive thru. It stands out and is appreciated.

Love Carls JR but first time we went in you didn't give me one of my orders when we went back it was made right which is why we went back but this is ridiculous and disgusting my mom is eating her meal chewing on her fries and she feels something weird in her mouth causes her to cough pulls out a piece of copper wire looks like that stuff you use to clean pots and pans how disgusting that my mom was try to eat and there's a piece of wire that was used to clean who knows how many dirty areas unacceptable won't be coming back here ever again
