I went to this spot on 6/2022. My family went, including eight adults and two kids. We went to celebrate a birthday.This place knows they have a corner on the market. The service was the worst.We were seated and waited about 40 minutes before getting any service. We asked someone what happened with our waiter. The employee noted he’d advised someone; zero follow-ups on telling us what happened. We saw him later, and he said, “sorry, bro I told them.”One waiter saw us waiting, and he asked if we had been helped. After replying “no,” he commented on the length of time, we had been waiting and would check to see what happened.My table overheard (manly me) his conversation with another waiter. They were disputing over waiting on our table, saying, “they have been waiting a long time; I don’t want that table!”I was laughing because I thought no one would believe this story. Finally, we got our order taken.I have a toddler and a kid (2 and 5). They asked for tater tots and got fires. The restaurant got other portions of our order wrong. The worst part was explaining their lack of tots to my kids. They have been waiting for over an hour for food. They were hangry.Overall not the best spot. Super horrible experience. Seeing all the positive reviews makes me think they have insiders/ friends leaving positive reviews. My sisters have gone and have had similar experiences, but due to a lack of options…. They keep going back.
We were greeted by two young ladies. We asked for a table for two. One of the ladies walked off and left us asking if we were supposed to follow or wait. The 2nd young lady said to wait.Then enters a second couple who were seated directly. We asked the 2nd young lady if they had a reservation or something, since they were seated right away. She said "no".When we expressed our displeasure, she just giggled and said "she's just cleaning your table" ...as we continued to wait.Needless to say we left and went to Olive Garden. There we were welcomed, seated right away, and had great service.
Never been here and a week ago I went with my dad and my son. Ordered some regular Buffalo wings. They were ok. Expected to be a bit better I guess. The fries were really tasty especially with some ranch. I also ordered a water, tasted really weird. Sorta like a bad tap water. Had to order me a lemonade. The place was nice and chairs were really hard to move they felt like boulders haha. I'm too weak.
Great service! We were waited by a man named Oscar. He was amiable and helpful. He even gave us recommendations of what we could order as it was our first time there. Definitely would recommend this location and will come back soon. Looking forward to being served by this man again.
The worst spicy wings chicken and burger double cheese bacon fries.It was hard burger meat and dry chicken wings and it was COLD.The **** i paid 36.85 $ for this?
Absolute worst service of all time, would review zero stars if possible.Our server LYNETTE, left in the middle of helping us, to god know where (lunch break possibly). Typically if a waiter has to take off, they will notify the party and introduce the replacement.Not LYNETTE, she abandoned our party without mentioning she was going to disappear for almost an entire hour. Other waitresses noticed that we were left hanging by LYNETT, so they kindly approached to finish helping plus out. By the time LYNETTE arrived from her unannounced escapade, I personally witness her enter the bathroom for another 20 minutes.This entire time (1hour+), not a single soul offered any refills or checked up to give us any updates on our order.Typically appetizers arrive first before the main meal but the employees here thought it would be reasonable to bring us the food 15 minutes before the restaurant closed.I mean, they were already making everyone feel uncomfortable by putting chairs on tables, and vacuuming, etc. totally unfair considering we arrived way before closing time.Regardless it’s the only Buffalo Wings in the Imperial Valley so it is unfortunate the incompetent waiters are tarnishing the reputation of a franchise I know has potential.It seems the thing the employees are dedicated to is dragging the brand’s name through the mud.Now I understand that if a customer wants an authentic BDubs experience, they have to go elsewhere because this location is literally surrounded by fields of cow manure and the bottom line is the employees reflect their surroundings.I hardly ever write reviews but I had not choice after, seeing my family distressed because of the substandard level of service offered by this poor excuse of an establishment.Please save your time, money, and mental health and patronize a business that actually cares about your hard earned money.[this review does not require a half-hearted, generic, boiler plate response for the BDubs social media staff, just move on and focus your energy on establishing proper baseline standards for the customers]

Worst $16.00 burger ever in my 63 years of life. Seemed that I ordered off of the dollar menu. Extremely small, cold, brisquette was dry-old, fries flavorless and cardboard like. Will never return for burger and will assure to warn everybody as to the lack of quality and value.Only giving a star because there are no negative stars. : -[
