I usually have a good experience at Broken Yolk. But not today… the service was a bit unusual. I didn’t receive my order until my boys had almost completely finished their meal. When I asked about my order the waitress said that my poached eggs were given to someone else. She did apologize. We also ordered a side of bacon which didn’t come either until I reminded her. Her response “oh they didn’t bring it?” I then requested a knife to cut into my hard avocado toast. She then goes to the table next to us, which the customers had just left, and gives me a knife from their “dirty” table. The waitress who was in the process of cleaning that table mumbled something to our waitress and they both looked over at me to see if I noticed. I would maybe understand if this had been a busy day but our waitress had plenty of time to chit chat with customers who she obviously knew. On the other hand my boys were happy with their meal (that’s here the second star comes in).

One of the Best Places for Breakfast and Brunch in Imperial Valley. Mimosas Flight is great for Sunday Kick Off.
Poor customer service. Take out order for pancakes and they don’t provide syrup. Best they can offer is an apology that it’s been a busy morning and ask if I’m willing to go back to pick up some syrup.
Great place for brunch. We had the chilaquiles bowl, estilo divorciados-half red chilaquiles half green. The Tiki Toast was a delightful treat.
Had a wonderful experience here. The food was very yummy. We got sweet and savory. Chilaquiles divorciados (that's half red and half green) with carne asada and topped with fried eggs. Delicious. And the Tiki Toast (I think that's what it's called) it's King's Hawaiian bread French toast with fresh fruit on top and coconut and caramel. Very good.
Good place for breakfast. Sevice was good & very fast too. The menu has a good selection. I had the Greek omelet & it was delicious! My coffee cup was always full & the orange juice tastes fresh. Highly recommend.
Open From early morning til 2 pm if I can recall the hours. Emily, our server was great friendly ,quick and very attentive. Ordered our breakfast and man it was delish. Coffee taste good . Place was well maintained ,very clean. Our littles one got their meal and they actually ate it with no problem, i always have problems them eating any food period. But not today lol... I got the MOM Omelette, my husband got a skillet meal ,my mother in-law got MoM omelette dish as well. Bathrooms were clean the bathroom floors were very clean.I will definitely come back again. Also, the busser was awesome too They deserve recognition. Keep up the good work. Our bill was also very good ? 5 stars in my book.
Love this place. The portions are huge so it is worth what you pay for. Their salsas are spicy but delicious. The food over all is amazing.
