Took 4 tries to receive clean silverware!!! Sat in the bar to watch the NBA playoff games, but the bar tender never put the game on. The TV showed six screens in one which you couldn't see. Another waitress dropped our food off at our table, but no follow up from the waiter. No refills. The worst experience I have ever had at a Applebee's. Drive on, don't waste your time stopping at this location. Extremely disappointing.
The waitress was awesome BUTWasn't my choice to pick Applebee'sThe food has been bad before, however, this was the worst.My brother ordered the ribs looked good was ice cold. ANDthe drinks while they were ice coldWe were 99% sure there were no alcohol in the drinks.Use to have the best drinks and best appetizersWill not be going back
The food wasn't bad and the staff was welcoming. The place just had a few too many flies in the restaurant. I hate fighting bugs. One landed in my husband's mashed potatoes as soon as it was served. The staff was on it and very helpful but the bugs are a big turn off!
The majority of the time my family and I have a great experience. However a couple of people need to work on customer service skills and professionalism. Only a couple of times was our order wrong or disappointed by the food. It still remains in our top 4 favorite spots to grub or just grab a drink.
Food was delivered in a timely manner and drinks were great! But the server ignored us asking for silverware and then dropped our cards in the water on the bar... nasty.
The service is quite slow, need to keep looking for the waiter, our food was not hot, it did taste good.
The hostess was really rude. Bartenders were friendly enough but I thought Applebees had 50% off drinks after 9pm, I guess that doesn’t apply here.I asked the happy hour prices, ordered 4 drinks & when the bill came, the drinks still were a dollar more more than what the bartender said they cost.If I had known better, I would not have come
Dry and overcooked steak, I asked for medium and my steak was grey. Chicken Alfredo had 4 broccoli and 6 pieces of dry bland chicken? Is that normal...my silverware was very sticky as well but I had a great server...
Had a great time. Very busy here. I imagine it has been this way since day one. As the Imperial Valley is a decade or more behind in corporate restaurants. You had to go out of town to go to any. This is a welcome addition.
The food and the service was excellent
