I took a large group of kids to Wing Factory last week, and Jenn was amazing! She was very attentive to the kids' needs, and our experience was wonderful. The restaurant is clean, has plenty of seating indoors and out, and the kids' meals were a great size and an even better price! I'll definitely consider returning for one of the many beers they have on tap--without the kids, of course. Thank you, Jenn!
Come here often from work or order food for my lunch break! Jenn is awesome everytime I stop by or place an order always a pleasure to see her and the food is always amazing!! Fun and relaxing atmosphere!

It wasn’t that bad but I will not eat here again the Price was not bad 21$ for a 10 pic combo I see why !
When they first opened, their quality was very high & bread sticks were phenomenal (past tense for a reason). Also, I need to check my pick up order everytime since they usually forget something like the dipping sauce.On to the positives, great prices for quantity, and the flavors are really good. The fries are great, especially the BBQ.Truly wish the quality was that of when they first opened. Just sucks because I know they can do better but are probably cutting the corners which made them great imo.
I have not eaten at the Wing Factory but I do lots of deliveries and the customers love it so I wanted to give them a 5 star rating. New clean and nice. I might check it out I'm just not a Chicken Wing person. I will take a look at the menu soon. (12-04-2021) I had my first lunch at the Wing Factory. The food was great with large portions. Fresh tasty and home made dressings. They insisted on buying my lunch that was nice. Great outside patio area and huge inside dinning area with a great set up. I do recommend the Wing Factory to everyone check it out. Thanks for the great lunch. ? ?????
Finally a restaurant that serves fat wings, compared to the scrawny wings other restaurants sell to cut costs. Got 15 bone-in wings with the Chipotle sauce. The wings were fat, juicy, and cooked to perfection. They were totally covered in the Chipotle sauce. They came with a side of celery and carrots, and cups of either ranch or bleu cheese. I got the bleu cheese. It was my best wings experience in at least 5 years. Jenn the cashier was very friendly and made sure that everything was to my liking and that I had everything I needed.
Went to visit a great friend in the neighborhood, he suggested them for lunch, and I'm glad he did. Sometimes less is more, and this restaurant understands this. No froofy bistro treatment, the food was exactly what it should be. Freshly prepared, tasty, good portions, and solid good service. I'll find an excuse to come back soon.:)
The customer service here is amazing!! Today is my second time coming here and you can tell the way they treat the customers is something this place takes pride in. Their buffalo shrimp wrap is amazing and their ranch is the BEST! I am glad they have an assortment of vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. The wait time to get your food is quick too which is rare during these times. I’m glad I found this place and I’m happy to be a customer at such a friendly establishment with amazing food.
Friendly staff and great food. Always greeted with a smile and some know me by name there. Best place to go whenever you want some wings or burgers. Their milkshakes are also great too!
