This employee walked in from outside doing who knows what, clocks in, puts his time slip in his pocket and then starts handling our food without washing his hands. I was literally standing there watching them prepare and bag the food. So here you go, one star for handling food without washing your hands and coming back from break where you could have been doing any sort of other unclean activities.

I tried something new this time, and I have to say that I didn't like. I had the junkyard dog. The onions just 2ere not cooked enough. They were still crunchy.
this weinerschnitzel has always been the same my whole life and suddenly its the best weinerschnitzel ive been too- you know how the fries are never fresh for the chili fries? well i like them so i got used to that but now they’re fresh from this location everytime and the customer service is beyond amazing, the sweetest kids are working there and theyre all amazing at their jobs 10/10 check the date posted
I had a wild berry lemonade and an order of jalapeno poppers. The lemonade was amazing. I would definitely recommend it. I loved the poppers. Not too much cream cheese. Not too much spice. Served with rNch dipping sauce you can get an order of 6 or 12. They open at 10 am. It is a good way to start the day.
They need newer staff members with knowledge in customer service. Their current staff was rude to us and showed no professionalism at all. The food was ok, nothing so special about it. But the customer service made me rate them at 3 stars.
Showed up at 10pm exactly. Website and posted store hours say they are supposed to be open but employees shut down the store and drive through at 10pm.
Got half of my order, called and they said they'll give us the missing items and a shake as reimbursement. Got in line and the same lady tried pulling a fast one like she didn't just say we could have a free shake to the person that called. Only reason it's two stars is cause their brisket fries are surprisingly good
