every time i come here i'm reminded why i don't eat herethere's a multitude of things to say but i'll just say this: don't order the root beer.trust me.

Went inside and ordered 2 cheeseburger deluxes and a large Coke. The worker put my food up and walked away. She made a small water not a coke. I said excuse me multiple time and no one came back to the front. I also wanted ranch sauce. I was not pleased with the service

They keep on getting my breakfast order wrong in the drive through..Last time I went in the manager was rude and Condescending last time there!!

Food was great. Very clean. The staff were very friendly. We will definitely go again.

Ordered from the app for a pick up. Had to go through the line of cars in the drive thru. Waited half hour to get order. The burger was made incorrectly, asked for no ketchup. It was supposed to have mustard, cheese picklesand bacon. It had mayo and ketchup. I hate may and ketchup. The fries where cold as well as the nuggets. So a bit disappointed. However, the bright side, the representative at the window was welcoming. Although they were busy, she still managed to keep a smile on her face. They are having staffing issues.. not her fault...

Most of the time when I go there they have great customer service but the food is always old and cold.

Delicious! Well for fast food. But when you think of all the processed food we pick up in the supermarkets and consume. Its all fast food. So unless your eating clean and or nothing with a face. Relax Wendy's is just hamburger helper you feed your family more often than you would like to admit. It just costs more.And for Christ's sake don't forget the frosty.

Was standing at the counter for 10 min, was told someone would be right with you 3 times, after being ignored the entire time. Then when the young man took the order, he put it in the computer correctly, but gave us incorrect food and drink. When we tried to get his attention to correct the order, he ignored us. Thank goodness my friend has a robust voice. Even the manager ignored the customers. The y were only concerned about the drive through orders. I will make a formal complaint to corporate.

Employees like to close up before 10pmNovember 10th. Saw a male with the headset on, trying to hide from being seen not responding to the drive thru. Won't be giving my business there

I placed a mobile order for dine-in on the Wendy's app. When I get to the Wendy's I see that the doors are locked, so I tried calling the store. The phone was ringing for 2-3 minutes until it automatically hung up, I did this twice. I hung by the door for awhile frustrated and was about to walk up to the drive-thru window when an employee came out to talk to me. She asked if I placed a mobile order and I told her I did. She grabbed my food and handed it to me but, I told her before she walked away to remove the fine in option for their store in the app. She informed me that they can't as they have some days where they can have dine in, but others where they can when they have the staff to support it. I informed her that they should just keep dine in off as they can't consistently support it and until a time comes where they can, then they should put it back on. I was left to then eat on the sidewalk on a hot day. Definitely won't be going back to that Wendy's and definitely do not recommend it if management can't recognize that basic issue.
