Food is delicious! I feel it was a little high price for the portion I got compared to other Mexican food places I go to but this could be from a local app bringing more business to them than they are used to and they mentioned being short on some items due to this after I placed my order. Still food is amazing, the red sauce was delicious and I will for sure be back to try them again and again.

tried this place for the first time on the recommendation of a friend of a friend.i'm glad i did. the food is DELICIOUS, prices are good, portions are excellent, and the guy there is so freaking nice and friendly. the flautas are amazing.way better experience than the typical bored, grumpy, dgaf employees that you get at so many taco shops now.this is definitely my new favorite east county taco shop ??
Tamales are excellent here! Many types to choose from. Beef enchiladas were very good, with a rich homemade sauce. Shrimp burrito was the best I've found. Everything I've tried is tasty! The owner is very friendly. Makes you feel at home. A must visit spot!
Owner was very welcoming. Food was delicious. Really enjoyed the street tacos and tamale. It was also good value. Filled us up without being too much.
Phenomenal. So good, they don't skimp on the Carne or anything. As soon as I bit into it, the others I have had elsewhere seemed under-done and under-flavored by comparison. This will be my new burrito spot. The guy was so friendly to every single person, face to face, on the phone, didn't matter. Everyone's mija or mijo or amigo. Someone posted about this place on Facebook and I was hungry so I went to try it out.I had a California surf n turf burrito and horchata.

Great Mexican Food and a Fantastic menu that has everything imaginable. Prices are good along with the quantity of food. The owner Celso is a super nice guy who really appreciates your business. It's now our go to Taco Shop.
Taco Express and it's VERY cheerful and positive staff are more then just good food and great service, it's a whole vibe!! The surf and turf burritos?, potato tacos?, the many soups?, and the adodada are AMAZING ?, but it's the excitedly warm greeting you get when u walk in the door and the friendly conversations that make the atmosphere so inviting.
