We went to this Taco Bell on Sunday, April 3, 2022 @ 1 p.m. and the experience was not well.My wife ordered a burrito Supreme while I got two beef and cheese burritos. When we approached the Drive Thru, we were not met with a positive experience as the attendant acted like he didn't want to be there. Maybe the guy was having a bad day or whatever. When we got our order, the packaging was the same and we asked him which was which. He said, "It's in the bag." Indeed, his attitude was bad and I felt he was being disrespectful to my wife and I started to call him on it, but my wife said it was okay and just wanted to leave. One thing about this experience, we did not receive any napkins, sauces, nor positive guest services. On top of that, we didn't even get a receipt, so now I'm gonna have to carefully check my bank account for a few days. Oh yeah, my wife said she didn't get a taco that was supposed to come with her order.

Everytime I've been here I've had a terrible experience. Whether its been the food roaches in the food or no service for dumping water in the parking lot. Ive always had terrible customer service and unedible food. Highly recommend not going here if I could give zero stars I would.

The worst customer service. I'm doordashing and I'm there to pick up its 756pm. People are in the dining room eating some waiting for food so clearly they have been helped but the door is locked. Thr drive thru has like 20 cars to the point that people are in line out to and into the street. I had to drive on the wrong side of the road to get into the lot.. No customer would open the door and my knocking was being ignored until a young girl came sauntering out of the bathroom and refused to let me in telling me to go to the drive thru. Unbelievable. The taco bell on market in the barrio does not make you do this. They come to the door and expedite your order. As do alot of other places. Get it together taco bell. I don't even know why it's so busy the food is disgusting. Calling it food is a travesty in itself

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for more than 20 years, it was my beloved mother's favorite, I used to drive her from Chula Vista like a 30 minutes drive. I haven't been here for around 9 years since my mom passed, I went today and OMG, not is only remodeled but the service is excellent with different employees but the same deal.

This taco bell is hit or miss. I love taco bell and usually try to avoid this location, well tonight I am to tired and to hungry so I figured I would give it another try. Tonight's shift was amazing, food was perfect. If I was basing this review off of tonight alone I would give then 5 stars but I'm basing it off of all my visits. You need to have your night shift from tonight train the rest of your employees.I cam through just before 9. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in this store.

I go here weekly cause I’m lazy but it’s annoying because something is always messed up. They don’t even give you napkins unless you ask. I literally just ordered a simple number 1 and my tacos where missing most the ingredients. It’s like they don’t care.

Both experiences at this location were not only unprofessional but disappointingAbout a month ago I ordered for self pick-up not only is the lobby closed due to staffing which I can understand how I was treated picking up my order in the drive thru was unacceptable the clerk had me circle around twice through the drive though then proceeded to tell me to call ahead so that way they could bag my order despite them marking it ready for pickup (I waited until this was done before heading to the restaurant)And then this afternoon I went through the drive through again (lobby is closed) and had to correct the clerk several times at the speaker. Usually no big deal hearing through speakers can be rough. The problem arose when I got to the window itself, the clerk asked me for my order once again as they thought I ordered chulupas and I had corrected them at the speaker and after reconfirming my order at both places I was refused a recieptI will not be returning to this location

Order taker rushes you too order, when you ask for a moment to look at the menu... Literally fifteen seconds and rudely asks if you have questions. Like, no.. I have multiple people in the car trying to order and your pre menu in the drive thru is missing a panel and didn't have the whole menu. Whomever was assembling food tonight needs retrained, ordered the old go to bean and cheese and it had equal parts beans and onion. Ordered three of them, struggled through the first one thinking it was an error but the second was just as horrible. Threw the third one away. Wife had a chalupa box and the chalupa was the highlight. The 5 layer burrito again was not edible because of the excess onion. Not sure if the line person was trolling or just not smart. Taco Fail.

Food was good. The kid that was working the drive thru he needs to learn to pay attention to what the customers are saying so he don't cost the restaurant too much money for his mistakes.

Great food but forgot napkins and sauce
