This was our second visit to the casino and will definitely keep coming back! For our first visit, we chose Sycuan to host our "friend stay-cation" that we had in lieu of a traditional wedding. We got married in March and a few days later, told everyone to meet us for a weekend at Sycuan - BEST decision ever! The boys had a blast playing all the games upstairs while the girls spent the day down at Spa Ritual and the pool. For about 1/25th the price of a wedding and absolutely none of the wedding drama, we were able to make the same great memories while having an amazing time with our friends! The hotel was quiet, serene, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The tables and slots never disappoint and the dining is deliciously top notch! Spa Ritual was so good to me the first time that I booked my second visit for today. Naturally, I dragged the husband along so he could play while I relaxed and the second visit was just as good as the first! You guys are exceeding all expectations each time we go! Keep up the fantastic work!
The hotel room was spacious and quite. Our balcony was very nice. The bed was very comfortable, medium firm, but the pillows were way too soft for me.Pools: are a lot of fun however there are no lockers or places to leave your purses or wallets. The bar has delicious food and drink options expensive. Day passes are available.The casino was fun and offers non-smoking areas. Dining has lots of options open as late as 2am. I liked the Rank and File bar and restaurant the most.Parking is free.No kids or anyone under 21 allowed to stay in the hotel and pool area.
Sycuan Casino is so beautiful. The drive to the casino through the mountains is also beautiful and relaxing. The casino, the restaurants, and the pool have pretty mountain views. The employees and waitresses were very helpful and had fun energy. They helped make my day motivating and positive. The casino gave me some free games since it was my first time in the casino and I had signed up for a players card. The cocktails were great and not expensive. I can’t wait to visit again!
We don’t really gamble but my wife’s class reunion in the city made us stay here. Facilities outstanding, service impressive. It’s just that the walls seem to be thin you can hear people talking & passing by your room like they were inside your room;worse when there’s a party next door till late night, sleep is hard. Over all it’s a nice getaway from the city & the Btw, we found the cheapest gas station inside the reservation, that alone is a great incentive !
It was great. I spend two days there for my birthday week. Thanks to my girlfriend. We both had a great time. We love all the different kinda of pools they had. We even love some money gamble. It was just a great experience over yall.
Took my wife here for her birthday. Stayed for four nights, paid extra for the balcony. Could not bring our cooler into the room, room was clean, no coffee pot, had to buy coffee for $6 per cup in morning. Got kicked out of the pool at 6pm because after that, you have to pay to be in the pool?? What?? Paid a heck of a lot of money to stay in your premier suite, now you want more money to be down there in the evening?? Had two small bloody marys in plastic cups and it was $30, had some chicken wings delivered poolside for $25 for 6 legs. Crazy, You think you would have more benefits having rented a premier suite for four nights. Worst experience ever. was treated like second rate citizens. Will not be going back.
I had a marvelous time at Sycuan May 22, 2022. We gambled ,I won ! Then I promptly went to eat at the Viewpoint! The view overlooking the pool was excellent, the service was top notch, and the food was the best! Truffle fries, chicken sandwich..the BEST! 5 star!
I booked this hotel on a whim. it was close to San Diego and had parking so I took a chance. Following my GPS off the main interstate I started to worry. Where in the world am I going?Did I make a mistake booking here? Nope! It is amazing! Free valet parking. Bottled water in your car when they bring it back. The pack in your luggage! The front desk and concierge went above and beyond for my check in. It was my first time there so they signed me up for a Club Sycuan card and got me settled in to my space. Did you know that the first time you visit they give you $10 free to gamble with on your card? Me neither , but they do! The food establishments are fantastic. Great prices, great portions, great selection and amazing service. The rooms are spotless and extremely comfortable. The showers are a WOW as well. Huge!! The pool area is a must! It is not even describable. From the DJ music, the cozy deck chairs and cabanas, the lazy river, the palm trees and more. Honestly , you will not regret staying here. I can not wait to go back!!
We decided to have an overnight getaway and selected Sycuan Casino Resort. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Dinner in the Bull & Bourbon Restaurant did not disappoint. We live in San Diego and it was a great overnight getaway!
I'm a San Diego local, and have been coming out to the resort solo and with friends since late 2019. I don't necessarily come out there for the more exciting activities. I come out for peace, fun with friends at the hotel pool, the occasional concert, and the great dining experiences.There's something so soothing and reviving about swimming in the lazy river all day, reading a book in the pristine hot tub, and looking out at the mountains. If I wanted one, I know I could get a great massage or spa treatment at the spa downstairs. And as a student, I appreciate the convenience of the Office Center when I need to print something out or use a regular PC.You can rest assured that valet and the bell staff will always be careful and cautious with your car and suitcases, and it's always nice to see the same faces welcoming you back.Days at the pool are wonderful, whether there are just a handful of folks, or its packed with activity. No matter how busy it is, the poolside servers will always bring you the best drinks and food, and security keeps a vigilant eye on everything to help things run smoothly.I've heard that night swim (movie nights) and the poolside music events are great. The hotel also hosts conventions and events.As for the hotel itself, the rooms are always pristine and beautiful, well-appointed and cozy. No matter what part of the hotel you are in, you will have a nice view and a lovely stay. It is well worth splurging on a suite, as they are absolutely stunning and have all the modern conveniences.I have never had a negative experience with a single staff member, of any part of the hotel. Same goes for the dining experiences, though I lean toward Viewpoint, Bull and Bourbon, and Starbucks for most of my meals. The all-you-can-eat sushi at Elicit is also great.I look forward to coming back year after year!
