Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Worst customer service I have received. The guy I dealt with was named Farouq. He burnt the bread on the sandwich, sadly I didn't notice until after I paid and looked at it in the car. I went in and told him the issue and he kept insisting the sandwich looked fine to him. I tried explaining to him that it didn't matter that he thought it was fine, the fact was that it was burnt and I needed a replacement. After constant back and forth, I finally just asked for a refund but he said he couldn't do it, only a manager could authorize a refund. Apparently this place runs without a manager on duty because there was no manager present. I asked him to call his manager and he said he couldn't because they were busy. He told me to come back the next morning. After asking for said managers name (Austik or something), Farouq refused to give me their number and kept changing his mind as to which day his manager was going to be in. Definitely will not be back to this location.
I walked in the restaurant at 1:30 pm. Two women are working yet they insist they are closed for a lunch break? Absolutely will never come to this location again. The reviews are horrible now that I look and I had the same experience. Worth whatever drive to another subway that is hopefully owned by another owner
They only had one wEmployee workin and he was very unprepared for the minor Rush of 6 orders when he got to my order of three sandwiches he made us feel like we were in an inconvenience to him.
Today while waiting to place an order this gentleman was texting. Normally I would not care but then a woman walks in with a service animal and this guy proceeds to yell at the woman (who was doing absolutely nothing) she cannot be in there with the dog, service animal or not. I was dumbfounded. She did nothing nor did the dog. Mind you you LEGALLY can NOT ask someone with a service animal to leave. He then proceeded to text someone and then call them to put them on speaker to leave. I was infuriated. I have a mother with a service animal and I swear if that happens to her I would have lost it. I ended up leaving but before I could I asked him name and for his managers name and number. He refused to answer and said he would call them. This is ridiculous! Bad bad service
Horrible customer service, employees flirting with non buyers, ignoring customers, how is posible that their serving with no napkins…humm they probably noticed we were not happy about their service, incredible and denied it to us, I hope someone that cares takes management at this location, don’t come here you’re going to be disappointed
They are horrible, lazy and extremely slow. Steak was bad. It gave me a stomachache all night. He was on phone talking to his friend while he was making my sandwich. They keep laughing for no reason and saying bad things in Arabic. I’m glad I speak Arabic. A young girl came asking if she can use the bathroom. They refused to give her the key and they start laughing at her! What the heck! Do not go there. They are extremely bad and let them lose the business for good.
If I could give them 0 stars I would don't ever come to this subway. We ordered two sandwiches on uber eats and we got the wrong bread only because they didn't have the right bread and went on to tell us they couldn't refund us and that uber already voided it when we didn't even call uber. What a bunch of scammers. And the customer in front of us came in because they messed up his order too.
This store has been going down it’s 1030 in the morning and they have no bread .. employee is sitting outside in the car on the phone …. This laughable…. And par the course for were we are today …….I have been coming here for years, but I definitely don’t recommend you patronize this business. Mabey the pandemic, but worked here are ??
Toaster was broken, no avocado available either, and the staff wasnt very hospitable.
