Super super delicious poke bowl! I’m impressed. Myself is not a poke bowl lover because I think poke bowl always taste the same. But this place’s poke bowl is different. They definitely combined some other fusion into their poke. For example, I love my poke bowl here with spicy mango dressing! It worked so well. Their portion is really huge. And they will try to put as much as they can, you will feel so satisfied and full after! As I am painting a mural for Parkway Plaza recently, this spot is definitely one of my favorite spots for lunch.
I always recommend this place if you come to parkway plaza. The flavors are fresh, savory, and I love that it’s in the neighborhood! It’s super affordable for the amount of food served. Try it out if you love sushi and Asian foods!
Was looking for fish in El Cajon with my wife and came across this place. Good reviews, great looking dishes, so we stopped by. This is poke made by real chefs, the poke bowl selections came together perfectly, everything was the right amount of moist and not dry at all. Fish was fresh (they do run out, so come early for selection) and have a great selection from ahi, wild salmon, spicy tuna, albacore, shrimp, bad octopus. They also have meats to chose from, bulgogi, steak, pulled pork and more. My wife enjoyed her poke bowl, and she is very critical of them when they are not perfect. I went all out and tried a tater tots with fried fish aka fish and chips. I added avocado and 3 dressings including the chefs special spicy sauce, adding sweet and sour to the mixture.Definitely coming back again!
I have had this numerous times and can't find another place that does the portions like this. Nothing compares to this place and it's flavor. The variety of options is awesome. I can't even try another place based on what I see. This is my number one poke spot. I recommend this to everyone I wish they had more spots to order from for everyone to enjoy this spot.
This location is in a mall so there is a big parking area with a big sitting area!This place is amazing!!! My husband and I both ordered a small bowl and it was more then enough for us! The staff gave us a good amount of protein even just a small bowl! ( the difference size of the bowl is the scoop of protein)One thing I loved the most about this place is that you can get as many topping and side as you wanted!!! Usually poke place tells you that you can only get 2 or 3 toppings and you will have to pay extra for more but this place is so generous!There was a great selection on their menu, they even have their own special flavor of soda!!There is only one suggestion for this place is to improve their sanitation, I will give them five stars if they have their employees wear a mask, I just think it is better especially when you are preparing food.
Absolutely the best poke in East County ? Come here at least once a week to eat and Im never disappointed. There are very few places I ever repeat visit, but this spot I always look forward to
Alright. So check it out. My buddy and I were walking over to panda. We stopped to look at this interesting restaurant and menu called stubborn poke and chips. We asked how this works. It was our first time here. (We had been to other poke places in the local area) the staff was very informative and helpful. After we were done choosing our food and paying we sat in the food court to eat. The food was unbelievable! We went back for four days straight. Thank you Chef Ray!
God I love this place I always get food here everytime I go to the mall. Great tasty poke bowls and the sodas are unique and great too! Would recommend anyone to come get a bowl here!
