This location - Lake Jennings, CA #66185 298391 is a few months old and doing a great job in representing the brand. Our cashier today at the drive thru was very pleasant, missed getting her name- very personable, dark hair, sweet young lady, at around 12pm. We had some special requests and she accommodated with not even any hesitation, got our order perfectly correct. Great guest service delivery ?! The drive-thru was clean & organized, the pace was quick & we were in & out in less than 7min. Keep up the good work and we shall be regular patrons at this location from now on.

My preferred Starbucks now. They are easy to get to right off the freeway, it's always clean, and the staff are always nice. It's also not as busy as others, so my order is done quickly

This is now my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Starbucks. I buy coffee for my coworkers at least 3-4 times per week & Steven always gets it right. The drive-thru people are always cheerful & helpful. I drive past at least 5 Starbucks on my way to work & this one is a little out of the way but I am soooo happy with them. Steven is the Rock Star of Barrista's!
Is anyone else over statbucks closing their lobby at will? Every store chooses to do whatever it wants. Customers suffer with lines into the syreet.
