Great place to take a break and have a cool drink.
Sadly, this place is not a starbucks I would recommend. I understand people are only human and make mistakes but it’s every time I come through. I used to work at Starbucks and we were held accountable for what we did and how treated our customers. For example: The cup is to not go out messy, remakes made properly (not use the same cup and just scoop the foam out knowing you are not supposed to do that and to use a new cup especially while covid is going on) and not just foam scooped out with 2 inches of room left when people ask for no foam. People pay $6 for these drinks. It’s one thing to do it one time or occasionally mess up but to do it everyday but then to get annoyed is another. Like we have called and spoken to many people regarding the way the baristas are trained and the person who answered even went out of there way to say, “yes, this isn’t the first time we have gotten a call about this.” Just for it to keep happening and us to have to keep calling. Like come on guys if your job is that miserable don’t work there or at least follow the guidelines and proper procedures. It’s just disappointing. It also shows the lack of knowledge on the trainers part and also shows how much the manager cares to run their store. I did report them to corporate and hopefully the message gets passed to the district manager.Also a side note to the barista who told me that foam gets worse the longer it sits… like where were you trained ?♀️ Ummm like that made me laugh so hard. Remember foam occurs when the milk is frothed not sitting and getting cold. But nice try with the excuses ??
Good service. The staff let me know they were working on my order when I arrived for pickup. Clean and aestically pleasing look inside. Really like the hung up artwork.
This Starbucks was recently built near my house! It's designed to mostly support drive thru customers which was really needed in this area.The service is quick, the Baristas are knowledgeable, and the price is cheaper than gas...It's a Starbucks, the quilty is consistant and you get what you pay for!
Staff here is good before you pay barista will ask ur order and start working on it...best customer service so far
It's always a blessing when I come to p/u my coffee n pastries. And meeting n seeing all the wonderful and hardworking people there. So ret to please in every way. Remembering my likes n how I like my coffee. Speedy drive-thru. Don't hit the curb at the end! It is so common that you could sit there watching and play an [espresso] shot drinking game! Little bit of a foul smell most of the time, if you sit outside though....
This is a very nice looking brand new Starbucks (about a month or so old I think) with a tight, small parking lot, and a drive through. It hasn't been too busy the times I've gone but it hasn't really been during the morning rush. It's right off the freeway and convenient to get to. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating.Of the six times we've gone to this Starbucks four of those times they have been out of something we wanted. Having worked for this company for almost four years it's sad to see a brand new store following the same path of bad ordering as many other stores. I can't tell you how many times we ran out of things like straws, ice, sometimes cup sizes. I've seen it a lot as other stores as well. But oh well, Starbucks isn't a necessity, and there are far worse things.

This Starbucks is fairly new in this area. Very clean and the Batista's are very helpful when you are willing to try a new holiday drink. Great experience
