Idk maybe they’re good, I’ve been in the drive thru line for 35 minutes and am still 3 cars from the window. Shrug
Their customer service is great! Best in the area cause with other Starbucks, it seems like they just want you to move for the next one. 4 stars only cause I wish they would beef up their staff.
I will never go back to the Starbucks there’s flies like four or five of them inside the sandwiches case horrible where is the health department

Very nice night for a Frappuccino. A friend and I decided to end the night with a relaxing cup of coffee. I meantion the new Starbucks on 2nd and since neither one of us has ever been there, we went. The service was exceptional. We could not have asked for a better crew. Though we might have been a little needy, they were hapoy to accommodate us. Love love love ! Thank youfor the great coffee and because of it, I thank you for the great conversation that followed. Kudos to you!
They have the best customer service of multiple Starbucks I've been. They are always so happy and friendly even if I order weird drinks.
Came in about a day ago to pick up my typical coffee, kudos to the barista who made my coffee absolutely wonderful, but I do have an issue when customer service is poor, Joe, the barista is a very negative person he came off as rude and impolite every chance I spoke with him. This issue has occurred multiple times not only through drive-thru but also coming into the store. I can understand when someone has a bad day but to be this negative and condescending it's just not right EVER. Someone should speak with him about changing his attitude towards customers and the employees.
This is such a convenient location and every time I order they are always courteous. We also sometimes order for a person with an allergy and they are accommodating and careful with his drinks too, which makes everyone (safe &) happy!
