In this Starbucks they treated me so bad for no reason this is the second location in the same area where they refused service to me and 6 other people that were with me unfortunately they just didn't like the way I ordered my drink and actually made fun ofy friends when they asked for her name.the barista was actually nice but the supervisor seemed like a very bad person ?made me feel so bad
I was illegally discriminated against and refused service at this public accommodation business.Not only was ALL of the staff violating the law they were extremely unprofessional - most of the baristas were argumentative, laughing and smiling and seemingly enjoying refusing service to me-a life long consumer of Starbucks for decades (actual decades).I will never step foot in any Starbucks ever again and will enthusiastically support ANY other coffee business to give my money to them.I will never support businesses that violate constitutional rights and frankly this business behavior has no place in our communities or in America.DISGUSTING what Starbucks has become.
I just want to thank Preston for the awesome customer service he provided this morning (12/14/21) ! I ordered curbside pickup online, apparently from a different location. Lol… but Preston made no fuss. Made my coffee with no problem, had me on my way in a timely manner. Thank you Preston !! Happy Holidays !! You are appreciated !!
This is the best location to get good service
I go to many many Starbucks all over San Diego County You guys had the worst customer service I've ever experienced I spend thousands of dollars in Starbucks a month for one of my businesses. Employees aren't trained very well and don't know how much the products cost. I was overcharged and given the wrong merchandise and they had less quantity than they had told me they had when I had called And then when I brought it up to their attention that they overcharged me one person told me I was wrong that the cups don't include the straw. So then I had them check with somebody else that person comes and says that they charged me for the straws because they didn't have the correct straws to go with the cups So they gave me the wrong straws because they're short on their inventory, I am being charged more without them telling me anything and I don't even want the different color starws to begin with, it's actually an inconvenience for me to execrpt those starws and they gave me a cup without a straw because they didn't have any more. Your manager needs to do a better job of training on product knowledge and work with you guys to improve customer service.
