Came in to get a coffee and one of the ladies that works behind the counter came and told me she saw me in the parking lot trying to open other people's cars. I told her she had me mistaken for someone else and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I was not doing anything of the sort by the way but it still made me annoyed. Very disrespectful. Shame on you lady!

Don't waste your time with this location. Sat in drive thru for 15 minutes without a car moving. Went inside. Ordered. They forgot my order.....I asked for a refund stating it was the worst experience I've had at Starbucks. The rep refunded my card but could have cared less and was unapologetic. I'll never reurn to this location.

This place keeps getting worse. They keep making the Iced White Chocolate Mocha wrong every time now. It tastes like just a regular coffee with bland creamer. They’re also always out of staple drink items.

Trying not to sound like a Karen but their drive thru is really slow. Came here at the start of my 30 minute break and now my 30 is almost over and I’m still 4 cars from the window. Their inside is closed too so there should be no excuses. I get that covid is at its peak right now and they must be understaffed but come on. I’m a fast food employee and I think it’s sad that I can’t get a drink and pastry within my 30 minute break. When I finally got to the window the employee didn’t say anything and didn’t even give me a chance to pull out my phone to scan for points. He was shoving the drink and food in my face. It was like he was rushing me even though I waited in line forever and JUST got to the window. I hate this place.

Just went here to try to get a quick cup of coffee. Waited 8 minutes in line behind 1 person. They did order a lot of things though. Finally get to the register and asked for a tall coffee. She tells me they are out of coffee at the moment. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. I work at the dental office next door. It was at 2pm. I know it's the afternoon, but still am i at starbucks coffee or in the twilight zone? Jeez.

What happened to Starbucks today? I didn't order this. I received half my order and some random coffee half full that I didn't order. Dec,11,2021 at 740am. Oh well my 35 dollar loss your gain starBuckeys!

4 stars because it's Starbucks and they didn't mess up my order. Nothing extraordinary to merit 5 stars. They did their job in a timely manner. Drive thru moved quickly.

Worst parking spot and I ordered a mocha frap and they said they don’t have it which is weird cuz that’s like the main drink in Starbucks

I go to a lot of Starbucks so I can see and feel how each one functions. This is one has a high ratio of overweight female Employees which means the managers are specifically looking to hire that type of person. The types of Customers who spend time at the tables inside of the store is another indication of how a store is "run" I visited on a Wensday at 10:30am I only saw 2 awkward looking Customers in the whole store who were sitting at the tables staring at their phones.. Speed of service was adequate and my order well made and correct. Cleanliness of store was not the best.

Understaffed and unable to keep up with demand. Their staff get overwhelmed and then are unable to provide quality customer service. This is the slowest starbucks around, won't be returning. I feel bad for their staff and management because they are clearly understaffed and overwhelmed ? But it is a completely horrible experience coming in here especially ordering a mobile order. Hopefully they can open another stsrbucks ro relieve them. Also they show favoritism to regulars. I see them get their order before everyone else. Not cool. They won't last if they don't do some major work on their staffing and customer service.
