Worst Customer Service. Placed an order on the app for a quick pick up. After giving them more than enough time to fulfill I get there and their doors are closed. It was 7pm. I would've never ordered if I knew I had to pick up through Drive Thru. They had a long line and it was just inconvenient.Lesly was very rude and said she wouldn't provide coorprates number after she said I had to cancel my order through them. I was never rude. And she still hung up on me.

I tried to go in for my birthday drink but I immediately had car trouble. I asked the ladies working inside if anyone had a flashlight so I could FaceTime someone for help while showing what was wrong. They refused to help and one employee kept scoffing and shaking her head. I’m from out of state and being dark out there were homeless people wandering and I felt completely unsafe and scared while they watched me figure it out from inside. Needless to say I went elsewhere for my birthday drink.

3 days ago we had to take our dogs to the vet. So we stopped in at Starbucks my husband ran in got us a couple of ice coffee. We never had it I enjoyed it my husband not so much so I got his too. Good for me. I would get it again. People are always friendly at Starbucks.

Over priced coffee drinks. I support small business and most of the time the coffee tastes better than Starbucks and is about half the price.But Starbucks does have very friendly employees.

Wow, some of the reviews aren't good.This location is one my 3 favorites, well this one is on my way to work. But usually its not busy depending on the day and I always try to give myself a extra 10 minutes , in case the drive thru is long. I go in at times, usually they say good morning. At times some of the girls seem crabby, but I look at it like this It's early in morning and I'm sure they were up before me. But haven't had any problems either out of this location. Always get my coffee , latte or whatever and go about my business, Keep up the good works GIRLS. I know its 2 guys who work morning also, they are polite also.

Their sign at drive thru is not working , I asked inside how long it's been like this and employee said for more than a week .no one has bothered to fix it .plus they don't have toffee nut syrup anymore ,they said it's not available anymore and can't order it .plus other Starbucks are having the same problem . Plus they ran out of whip cream but my coffee should of been a little cheaper but they would not deduct not having whipped cream for your lattes .

What a waste of $10. Waited 20 minutes for a venti Carmel frappachino that was flavorless. Tasted like milk and ice blended topped with whip. Not what I ordered. Also ordered venti mango dragon fruit refresher that also tasted like water with color in it. Hate I wasted $10 on this. This is my 2nd visit to this location and it always takes long. Don't come to this location. Poor service all around. Not even a greeting when we got to the register.

Typical drive-thru experience: window host was very quick, helpful and courteous when getting my coffee order. Will visit again if I'm in the area.

Worst customer service experience. I always come to this location to get my drink. As always we use drive through and the lady on told us to wait to take our order and we kept waiting waiting waiting and than we just drove to the window. And told us did u order ?? We were like you told us to wait ! And we kept waiting. She made it sound nice and she was like okay I will take ur order from the window only this time. We were like alright perfect. After giving her my order. And when we got the drink it wasn't as always that I get and i told her it doesn't looks like what I order..... with terrible attitude she was like just come inside the store. I am not going to make another drink while ur waiting in drive through beacuse there is other people behind us. I was like okay. After we went there and waiting in parking alot. Saja was suppose to come outside to get our drink we kept waiting and she never came outside. After I went inside the store saja tried to hide and get her self busy so she can make me wait longer and kept waiting until she came and gave me the worst attitude to the point I will never come to this location at all even though it's close to my house. And I was over it I asked for refund and got my money back and left. The management team needs to pay attention to this matter. Very disappointing!!
