Appreciate the nice lady who would not let my 10 yr old son use the restroom in an emergency. We were putting flags out on Main St.They were the only establishment close that was open. I tried to explain the situation and she said sorry try the gym or hotel. Seriously. I get that there is a homeless problem, definitely not the situation here. Will not spend my money at that establishment ever.

I had a medical alert card to use the bathroom and they couldn’t let me use it. I understand that there are COVID precautions, but when a customer is vaccinated and holding a medical alert card, this is an ableist red flag.
Still don’t allow anyone to use indoors and bathroom blocked. Ok for carry out only. I guess they’re worried about the homeless population since the Starbucks on Mollison (less than a mile away) is fully opened.
Took my daughter here to get a mocha. She is disabled and the staff were very kind and accommodating. Prompt service and great staff. I highly recommend this location!
