I stop at this place often. The americanos are never that hot which is ok sometimes The breakfast sandwiches are usually hot enough. Line takes a pretty long time at this location. The staff is always friendly though and it looks like they’re always doing their best

Pay attention to your mobile order … I ordered 3 Ventis and one grande. They made me all grande. I said this is supposed to be venti, she said I saw you ordered 4 drinks and I made you 4 drinks … really? Make the order they way I ordered and paid for!!! Going to 2nd and Peach or Cafe Belle next time.
Went through the drive-thru with a friend and ordered a Hot Venti White Chocolate Mocha. Service was good and fast.
I just experienced ONE of the Worst case scenarios from any Starbucks, ( one that was literally laughed over by the store manager ) I asked , as I Always do, at the speaker , what is the Dark roast flavor today ? and the response was , Sumatra , " Oh, That's Very good stuff " I replied , pulled up, quickly received my Two Vente' s left a dollar tip as I try and usually do, and took off, later on the road, As I began to Relish my fresh cup of Sumatra, I couldn't taste ANYTHING, it was like liquid paper, completely Flavor Less!!! So I took a couple extra sips , Hoping that My taste buds were just funky, Nope , No flavor, So I called them, asked for the manager , Who, as it turned out, answered my call, after she heard my story , she said she recognized Me, So that told me that it Was exactly who she sounded like, ( she actually Knew me as I placed my order ) She asked me if I wanted to return and that they would brew me a brand new cup, and I said No, Just please TASTE it , just to See if My tasters Off, or , Did someone put the wrong coffee in not my cup, She laughed , and said, " They had run out of what I asked for, and Did fill Both cups up with the Blond " ? or something like that, I said WHAT ? Thanks for being Honest , I Will NEVER EVER buy coffee from That store again . And , I Urge and recommend that whoever reads to this does the same see,I told her that what they did, ( Especially with the store managers consent ) was Completely and Totally Unexceptionable. My first time here a few days ago and they took a little longer and the boy apologized like he messed up, he's so sweet. It was no problem.
Not sure how they make coffee at this location, but we asked for 2 black iced coffees (usual ingredient is just Coffee & Ice). However, they insisted their iced coffee came with Simple Syrup or Classic Pump. We had to return our coffee due to unwanted sugar added and explain again we wanted it black, with nothing added. Customer service was not good. However, final product once they got it right, was great.
Ordered online so that my drink would be ready when I got there. I was concerned because there is always a long line at the drive thru. App had an option for picking up in store so I placed my order. Got to the store and it was locked. Had to wait in the long line anyway. I called the store and they said I can either wait in line for my drinks or they would give me a refund….but I would have to wait in the long line to get my refund at the window. DON’T TRUST THE STORE TO HAVE THE PICK UP OPTIONS ADVERTISED. We were heading out of town for a late night drive. This 20 minute wait was NOT what we needed!!!!
Great customer service, great products, and great atmosphere. I love that Starbucks supports their employees regarding personal choice. I am always greeting in a warm manner when I enter
When they handed my drink in the drive through, the cup was broken and spilled everywhere. In my car and on my lap. They literally did nothing about it besides crack some little jokes
