Order 2 entries for myself to taste the flavors served here at this taco shop. One was the menudo the second one was the carne sada fries. ☹️Unfortunately for the menudo was bland the meat flavorless and had a weird texture?☹️. Last the carne sada fries was great ?good fries delicious Meat?
I honestly love this location and I always come and get Carna Sada fries i order and when i got home the girl gave me half not full and got charged $13 and when i call they don’t answer.
2 stars because the lady was nice about my request...I made a simple request...I wanted a fish burrito but substitute shrimp instead of fish....they said no....I've been going to sombreros since 2002 and they have never denied this...so I had to order a shrimp burrito and have them take off the rice, cheese, and ranchera sauce, and then add cabbage, pico de gallo, white sauce, & lime to my burrito....it ended up costing almost $14 compared to the normal fish burrito that was $8.The cost of fish and shrimp is very similar in 2022 (I work in purchasing for a major company and I also work with a small business part time in purchasing as well)....next time, say yes to the customer, and dont jack the price up almost double....The Burrito itself was subpar....I expected alot more flavor...they didnt put lime on as requested.....I would have given 5 stars had the request been honored

It is 230 am and I feel I have to write this because I am so disgusted and disappointed. Hopefully management sees this so they can check the date and time to see who was working. I ordered a rolled taco supreme (SUPREME....Sounds amazing right?....wrong) and a pollo asada is burrito. Opened the Supreme and there was hardly any toppings. I could have saved money by ordering a regular and gotten thay same. I then opened the burrito and the tortillas was hard. Stale hard on the end. The flavor....well.....I wasted a lot of money. This was not my first time here, so I was pretty disappointed.. It is conveniently located on the way home. I will give them one more try because perhaps it was the lack of quality of employee and not the food.
I got rolled tacos. They were good but my California burrito was cold I came close to 11 pm and got to my hotel and my burrito was cold. My hotel was all of 5 minutes away. Smh. So disappointed
It's delicious food the people that work there are amiable. And the one thing is to SPEAK LOUD when you are at the drive-thru because they can't hear that well, but overall, it's a good fast food place!
DON'T COME HERE!!!!! I ordered a jumbo breakfast burrito!$10.30!! I was okY with the price I have gotten the same burrito at different location, and jumbo is alot bigger, this sht looked so dam small and thin! I paid for bigger size, they gave me smaller than regular!! You'll need to fix this ! Ripped my off and many more customers! I'm never going to this location!!
Everything I've ordered here has not disappointed. Love thier loyalty club, getting free burritos is the best.
