15 -20 minutes in the drive thru line and close to another 10 at the window? That's not normal. Apparently it might be since others have the same complaint. For $11.90 I expected a burrito that was bigger than the child sized burrito received. Tortilla overcooked enough that it barely closed, filled with rice, I had to search for the chicken and the icing on the cake, 2 squeezed slices of lime INSIDE of the burrito. Highly disappointed.
Y'all got to try the salmon burrito blackened I usually get black beans instead of rice cuz I'm trying to stay away from the carbs it was so delicious didn't take a picture because by the time I got home I was ready to dive into it
ate there today for lunch. first waited for food for 15 mintues. The fish taco was so cold when I got it.. No taste to it and very dry. not much fish. spent over $21 . Told store manager..all he could say was sorry. !
First time trying this place. And I really liked it. Good food and it's healthy in the same time. I loved their steak tacos was really good.
The restaurant is good. They have lots of seafood meals. The waiters are food and they try to give attention or help to anyone. NICE
The place is very clean and neat. The staff members are very polite and do provide you with the best customer service possible. The food here is very delicious and fresh. They’re missing one star from my rating that’s because they need to hire more staff so we won’t wait in line for an extra 15 mins!
Hooked on fish tacos, love Taco Tuesdays
My delivery driver called me and said that they wouldnt give him the food to be delivered because he went through the drive thru and didnt go in. This is ridiculous...if the driver is already in the drive thru line then give it to him...the point is to get the customer their food...not to argue with the driver who's already in line at the drive thru. I know your operations manager and I will be reporting this to him. I've also been a customer of Rubio's since the 90s..I remember numero uno in Mission Bay. If the driver is in line at the drive thru just give him the food...he or she is already there and there is no reason not to. I see why you guys filed for bankruptcy.
Food was delicious. Counter person was patient as I ordered; their in store menu had some differences from what my husband found online. They forgot a fork for the salad and didn't ask if we wanted any salsas or lime wedges for our TAKEOUT.
Forgot to put requested salsa in bag. Had to drive back from home to get it. No apology. Food got cold. They didn't care.
