So I ordered some food and I was willing to pay extra for the salsa but was told no I can give you this much. Ok so I waited for my food the lady brought my food over and tossed it to me. Never said hi here is your order she just tossed to me and walked away. I never thought for that to ever happen. But when she delivered other guest food she was nice and composed. I love rubios but I will never go to that location ever again because the service was poorly done.
I like Rubios menu. The fish is good. However this location is always so dirty. The tables, the restroom, the drink area need to be cleaned badly.
Love Ralph Rubio's taco. Sure they have had to be progressive and hip to keep up with all the socialites that want to feel like their fish taco fingers don't stink but Ol Ralph has done a good job of staying true to the O. G. Recipe of that Baja style fish taco. It's the oy other time I don't mind my hands smelling like that. The other is deepsea fishing, just to clarify.
Horrible place. I tried one of the meals and oh God how disgusting. The female manager Samantha was very rude to me and called me out my name with racial slurs. I felt very disrespected but knew better than to argue with a woman. Been eating here since I was 17 and now I no longer will be coming back.
Ordered Coastal Trio taco plate and California Bowl, 2 orders of chips and beans. Beans were cold and cheese unmelted. Presentation was very poor. I would definitely recommend anyone in this area drive half a mile to the location near Motoworld. This place is good for a beer to deal with stress of holiday shopping, we did enjoy a Pacifico and Coca-Cola from a bottle.

I normally like Rubios. Tonight at this location, I can say the experience was beyond bad. First, I bit into the fish taco and felt something crunch in my mouth. I am now certain something was in the fish taco that chipped my back tooth. Soft fish tacos are not supposed be crunchy! I did NOT have a chipped tooth before tonight. I heard it when I bit into the taco. And now my tooth hurts.I did not go back because it was closed already.So that’s now a trip to the dentist for me. Thanks Rubio’s!Secondly, I will post the picture picture of the pathetic kids meal my kid got. It was 7 French fries (yes,we counted) and 3 regular sized nuggets and a sad small one. For $7! Really, I know it’s a kids meal but come on!I paid for two cookies and had to remind them to put them in because they charged me and didn’t include. Did I mention the manager walked away from me mid sentence and left me standing there before I ordered? Yeah, I was going to leave that out until everything else.Terrible way to run a restaurant.
