worst mexican food ever tasted! not to mention they charged us for flan and didnt even give it to us! i found a chicken bone and what seemed to be some sort of worm in my enchiladas. disgusting!!!!

I came here last night and tried to order a burrito. The individual working stood there looking at me like I was stupid for coming to a taco shop and ordering food. I then asked him if I could order a California burrito....he didnt apologize or have any sort of customer service friendly gestures...he just said NO in a condescending tone of voice.You need to get rid of this employee...this is the 4th time I've come to order food and he flat out says no in a very rude tone, and then gives the dirtiest look as if I am bothering him by coming through the drive through and ordering food. I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau as well. You should hire nice people or train them in customer service. The fact that this employee last night had no care or customer service skills shows why you're losing business. You dont turn a customer away from your establishment, especially not more than once.
Lo peor de lo peor. El peor servicio de Todo San Diego. I ordered Carne Asada fries with a flour tortilla and they gave me the tortilla burnt, it had to be on purpose. Who gives out a tortilla that burnt? The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. There is no service. Just some punk kid who doesn't even really show his face and doesn't even talk just waits for you to tell him what you want and walks away and then charges you and hands you your bag without a word. He's always cleaning his grill and can never make your food. So sad because the food is actually good. But the service just lost another customer. This business is going down with that guy.WORST SERVICE EVER
Terrible worker late at night. Three times that I’ve came he turns us away by saying he’s cleaning. Don’t put 24 hours if this is going to happen or at least answer the phone when I call before to make sure so I don’t waste my time coming here. Don’t come here late nights, horrible service by this dude.
There was a hair in my drink and I told them about it and they said I have to pay for a refund and cussed me out. VERYYY DISAPPOINTED!!!
I had the rolled tacos. It was my first time trying them. They were just ok. Not something I would have again. They were a little dry. The guacamole on top did help. The portion size was ok for the price.
Some of the best Mexican food in east county. I pass up like 4 Mexican restaurants to go here. Carne asada is better than most in the area, imo. Last time I went they gave me like 2 red salsas and one green in total for about $40 worth of food. Overall, I'll still go back, I'm just going to ask for more sauce next time and actually check. 24 hr comes in clutch though.
This taco shop is family owned and ran by the family as well. They are attentive and the food portions are well accommodating to the prices. The prices have increased in the past few years but this small business survived the whole pandemic and has thrived. If you're looking for a taco shop that will serve you good food for an okay price. This is your go to place ☺️
