Legit the worst Rallys I've gone to. Both me & my friends fry's were soggy cold and old. They remade hers and gave her fresh frys but when I told them how mine were cold old and soggy and also the bacon cheddar loaded fry instead of the garlic Parm he refused to remake mine and said they are cold and soggy because I'm arguing with him. Also I tried to order some apple pies they said they only had one... Like okay can you make more or? Seriously seem like a bunch of teenagers working in there that dont know how to cook food properly probably not even certified to handle it. Also they forgot my chocolate cheesecake sundae and by that point I didn't trust them handling my food so I had them refund it. So annoying because I love the Parm Fry's and had the munchies so bad. I am done going to that location the food was shwagg along with the service.
Excellent Staff but the quality of food and the cost adds up quick. Excellent Menu but feel Sonic has them by overall dining experience and price.
Please please make sure to train the staff before getting them to communicate with the costumers! So trashy attitudes. Impatient! I made an order, I chose number 6 cuz I read the name. I drove to the window, he asked me if I ordered number 7, but I didn't remember then. All I remembered was mother of crunch. It took me few seconds to remember and the guy was huffing and puffing impatiently.A lady came to hand me the order, I said I so much appreciate you. In a very challenging attitude she asked "what!?" I repeated myself and she goes "Okay, go"
Always delicious and best fast food deal compared to others - we always get tons of food for less money. Order the family pack meal deal on the app only. Be sure to scan for rewards points and use coupons that come in the mail. They also text weekly deals.

We went to Rally's for lunch we had these double burgers ? that were so good. We got these seasoned fries that were so tasty. And my husband also got a couple of chili dogs. Had two sodas. Over all food was very good fast service and friendly. A place to try.
For the old drive-in feel of the past, Rally's hits the mark! Hamburgers have that drive-in flavor, and the fries are awesome! The burgers come in almost any size and toppings to satisfy your hunger. Always some good deals offered and coupons are even better!! Only reason I took a star off is the soft serve used to have chocolate which I liked dipped, but since they switched to strawberry or vanilla, I'm out of luck. They need a three flavor machine upgrade... Are you listening, Rally's??
Dont est much fast food but i love rally's their wings /bonless wings are my favorite
Chicken wings were bloody not cooked properly and my burger was cold cheese not melted but fries were nice fresh and hot. Had to wait longer than expected since only myself as a walk up and one other customer drive thru were present. But the guy behind the cash re4 was courteous and gave a free sundae for my wait.
