One pizza was smashed to the lid. The other two pizzas were slid to the side and crushed. They didn’t even give me my receipt. This is someone else’s receipt for a different street. $65 worth of pizza. Paid for extra cheese on one, no cheese on most slices. Not coming back. We’ve never had problems from this store before.
My husband and I had never eated at Papa John's together til last night.Great pizza and a great price. Half the pizza qas done with chicken, spiniah, and tomatoes. The other half was pepperoni, green peppers and olives. Red sauce and it was fantastic. I ate too much but loved it just the same. The absolutely only complaint was that the peperoncini was too hot. Thanks for a great first for me and my hubby.
I’m 34 weeks pregnant and they turned me away and said I was not allowed to use their restroom they didn’t even point me to a direction with a bathroom nearby. Terrible service definitely didn’t make me want to order a pizza from there

I placed an online delivery that never came. So I went in for pick up instead and paid in store. I was still charged for the online order. When I called the store, I had asked for a manager. They told me the manager wasn't available and to wait and call later. I called later on explained the issue to the manager, who then rudely told me it was my fault and there was nothing he can do about it. They didn't even get my order correctly to begin with.
Lobby not open even after state restrictions ended. Wanted to do carryout. Had to call a number to order call a number to arrange carryout. Lots of steps to get a pizza.
Worst experience with this papa John. Bad Attitude Stay away. Also you have to order online. They don't take walking in. Who doesn't take walking in these days now that everything is opening.
We recently decided to try Papa John's and it's the best. We love it. Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery is good accurate around time given. I have no complaints my kids like to eat the cheese pizza and chicken poppers. I have tried the works pizza it was very good. Great job to all employees.
