It's my favorite place to eat. Everything is fresh. Grain bowls and their salads ate delicious. Soups too. Let's not talk about the bread because it's always eaten on the way home, ha !
The staff is horrible and very very rude no wonder no one goes there. The cashier doesn’t even communicate with u. U ask he says ha. I been to multiple locations and never had an issue. Very disrespectful and food was cold when we told the manger he said “okay sorry”. Seriously. And reading all of these comments like really no one cares not even upper management if there’s a zero star i will give it
Horrible. I ordered at the drive thru, she told me breakfast was over, so no souffles. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. One car ahead of me. Finally got to the window....filthy, both the glass and the stainless steel counter. Waited @ 6-7 minutes. No one ever greeted me, took my money, or brought me my bagel. Could see 2-3 female employees inside talking/laughing. I was disgusted at the lack of customer service. Lazy employees! Would not return. In contrast, the Otay ranch location is clean, friendly and they even look for souffles after breakfast hours!
Could the manager or owner of this location please order an espresso so they could taste it for themself? Something isn't right. I had to throw my order away this morning. It's was not drinkable.
Dont care about their customers, asked to leave in the middle of our meal. I understand that it was around closing time but don't stop someone to pack their food back up after you let them start eating. Very rude and disrespectful.
Arrived at around 8pm on a Friday night. Two other customers inside. Ordered a cup of soup. Asked for butter with the side bread. Was told they were out of baguettes. When clearly there were two or three in the bakery bins. So I ordered a plain bagel, toasted with butter.Got my cup of soup. And it had a side bread? So the clerks weren't being honest, or had no communication with the cook.As we were leaving we wanted to refill our coffees. And were told they had dumped the coffee pots already. It was 8:40 pm. Closing time is 9pm. Poor customer service. We won't be back at that location and wouldn't recommend. : (
Bad service made us wait almost 2 hours for a simple order they couldn't get right and charged us twice. Did even end up getting our food done. People in the back have no communications skill. Cashier doesnt even know what the hell is going on. Ask for a simple refund and manager took more money from us. So we had to get 2 refunds and she still have the gust to tell me were rude...........
The food is good but their staff in the evening time is disrespectful with poor customer service. The cashier does not communicate well while taking orders. Then one food preparer in the back was stating I (the customer, has an attitude). I was standing looking at the screen for my order. I’m not sure who the hiring manager is but if they want sales for this location to be great, please STOP hiring folks who don’t value their job or others. Invest in hiring quality people who understand that part of customer service is caring about the customer.
Please avoid this place and go a little bit north to the Santee location instead. The assistant manager is mediocre at best, lack of accountability from her and extremely rude. After 20 minutes of waiting for my mobile order I just went in and had her cancel it and not even an apology. Good thing my coworker had extra when I got back to work.
Very friendly employees but they are horrible at listening, I asked for no ice in my drink and received it with ice, normally I don't care but I tasted it and the syrup was bad so I asked for something else with no ice again and I received it with ice, and to top it all off they gave my girlfriend the wrong sandwich but still charged us for the more expensive one we ordered and didn't give us a receipt. So overall a horrible first experience with Panera Bread and will not be going there anytime soon.
