Been coming here for many years and finally had enough! Food is usually good, but at the expense of some severely bad service. Online orders are regularly late and therefore pointless. The tall lady who's worked there for many years is increasing rude. On my latest visit, she misunderstood the order, which would've been fine with me, but she proceeded to blame me out loud in front of many other customers. She raised her voice in an award fashion. Truly I was shocked. It was inappropriate, but the customers that overheard sided with me and one of them actually walked out the store. This will be my final visit. Goodbye.
This is one of my favorites places to eat! The food as always, delicious and they still have good prices. Please, Don't Change a thing!

The only thing that was good quality was how the food tasted. The employees are nice but they take forever and have a long line. The people serving food doesn't ask the chef for more until the bowl is almost empty, which adds more wait time. A man before me asked for a few boxes of chow mein, so the bowl was empty by the time it was my turn. I also wanted chow mein, and instead of the employee asking for more as soon as she saw it was almost empty, she waited until I asked for it which added more wait time. I spent 30 mins at the location when my food was to go.

They made me wait for my order they forgot to give me my receipt when I asked for my receipt they were looking in the trash for it
completely forgot my online order when i showed up on time. said they were bagging it up but it wasn’t even made in general. i asked for extra sauce and she gave me one packet extra. said she couldn’t give me anymore. girl at this point i should be getting a free appetizer for my time wasted. some of us are on a 30 min break.my beijing beef came extremely burnt and crunchy with no vegetables. what a complete waste of money. I would appreciate it if a manager emails me. thanks.
Submitted an online order for a bigger plate. 2 Sweet Fire Chicken and 1 Honey Walnut. Got home and had all honey Walnut. I called told them about the error. Was told the order said 3 honey walnut and there was nothing they were willing to do. I'm new to this online stuff so I don't even know how to check. Bottom line, customer service is lacking for a senior Citizen with online ordering challenges.So much for customer service. They'll never see me again at any Panda.
Line as always but quick as always..Fresh and warm food. Still the best option for Japanese food.
