Terrible service. Which is difficult to understand due to us going through the drive through. We ordered and were consistently cut off after every item was asked for at the speaker box with, “Is that all?” I brushed it off as maybe an efficiency thing. We pulled to the first window and the gentleman was over laughing with a lady employee for a bit then came over when the next customer got to the speaker box. The gentleman took our card. We didn’t get it back until he completed the entire order of the next customer. So we waited there for a bit. It was different but we can understand doing multiple things at once. The entire drive through was clear except us and the 1 car ordering behind us. We pulled up and they sent us around to wait for part of our order. All the drive through lanes were full as well as mobile order and handicap. There was even overflow from other people that could have waited in the drive through. I went inside and the lady who looked like a supervisor said that there was only one car in drive through. I pointed out there at the full drive through parking right outside the glass front door and told her that her lanes are full as is clearly in view. So they had me wait inside. I asked the drivers on the way out and there were four people waiting other than myself. I can only assume that they are trying to keep the drive through clear at the expense of the customer. I would like to see a balance next time I visit. For a short while I’ll drive a bit further to Spring Valley.
IS THIS FOR REAL???????I do behind McDonald’s is pretty much children correct? I just drove 19 minutes to go to the 24 hour McDonald’s that says it online everywhere. Every website app or website itself like yelp Google or square all of it says 24 hours. It says nothing about changing hours or anything to that effect. So you guys wasting my gas that’s not six dollars a gallon because you guys didn’t change the time on your site or any other side of that matter. I guarantee other people are doing the same thing but there’s not say nothing about it. I had no way she’s 40 minutes to start my day off because my daughter was wanting your food. This is why the world is turning into these issues why do you have 18 different genders to check a box from his nobody cares anymore. It’s not that hard to change the time on the website or an app. And yes I do know how it’s ran, I did the same thing for my company all the time it’s easy to do it it’s just being lazy and ruining everyone’s day
I would stop here early mornings around 730 to get a breakfast as going to a sit down restaurant is quite expensive these days and its just me so i would get the deluxe breakfast to bring home and share with my two little pups i have at home. The guy that usually works and i know its the same dude from his sweatshirt seems like he doesn’t want to be there as he seems grumpy. I say hello and try to be polite and nothing. The price is never the same which is odd as i order the same thing every time i do stop here, i do ask to substitute the bacon for a sausage as their bacon is just gross and limp but for some reason i have been charged three different prices. Half the time the food is cold, or the pancakes are hard as a rock and they never seem to give you jelly anymore for the muffin not that you would need the jelly as the muffin is never toasted and always just a soft warm english muffin. They complain they want 15 dollars an hour to do their job and then you get service like this! Needless to say i wont be back to this location for anything again.
It's a standard McDonald's. You know what you're in for when you go here for food. Kid's Meals, adult's meals, all meals. Their value menu is decent for a quick bite. The last time I was here was before the world changed, but I'm confident that if I went back, their staff would be properly masked. Having recent watched Super Size Me, I know that it's not ok to eat here for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Order a double quarter pounder and this is what i get, raw food.And you called them to complain and no answer and voice-mail is full. This is bad if you an hurry i rather you make me wait and cook your food properly and not risk this.
Have anyone else notice,While ordering your food that the person taking your order most of the time seems to be Rushing you!! Sometimes it's a task to just finish putting in your order; Without feeling rush. Then after you leave you notice your Order is wrong. Sir I order a Plain Chicken Sandwich... Or a Burger with No Pickles. How hard is that?? Maybe just maybe you need to Stop Rushing ppl and get the order right. It was repeated 3 times.??
We waited in line longer than usually and they didnt have frapees. Then they were charging us for more unwanted items.

In a moment of desperation due to vitamin overload that morning, I needed something to ease the quease. Popped in to this place as a quick fix. Needless to say, now I get it. This place is understaffed, employee taking orders is so muffled from mask and mumbles, he is beyond rude, food is disgusting . CLEARLY, these folks hate their job. I would too. The ladies handing out the orders were sweet. But suffice to say, I will NEVER visit this depressing place of chaos and frustration again.
Just popped in for a late meal. Service denied for no facemask. Returned after quick retreat to car. No rude comment this time. Everything else was great. Quick in-store service despite long drive thru line. Usual quality foods and drinks, though I got a large instead of a request for small. But I was in a bit of a hurry like they were, so I let it pass. Plus, there were others waiting too. No big deal. Won't keep me from returning.
