RUDE RUDE RUDE... tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Order taker was RUDE.Person passing food was rude. Like what's the matter is your face broken you can't smile or say anything at all. I only come here bc my daughter likes this trash food. But no more. Most employees are awful. And greedy McDonald's clearly doesn't care. So it would be pointless to complain. Management knows their employees are garbage.
Cashier entered wrong item. Struggled to complete. Had to call supervisor over twice. Received a refund for overcharge, placed separate order for the item she got wrong, made a mistake again and the supervisor stated she did not charge me, but 1st charge was a lot more than it should have been. Fries were cold and at that point I was feeling too hangry to complain.
Ok it's McDonald's not much to really discuss except is it just me or is the quality of how they put together the sandwich getting worse? For example got a filet of fish it came with no sauce on it at all and a quarter a piece of cheese and the bun wasn't even on it was just dropped in the box. Someone in my group got a Big Mac and it looked like someone had just dumped all the ingredients into the container. I know you pay for what you get but eating out even at fast food restaurants is now pretty expensive at least take a little pride in your work when putting things together and serving a customer it's not just that this location.
So originally I was going to rate this McDonald’s a 1 star because how bad they messed up on my order and how rude one of their cashiers were but I called the store to complain about the terrible customer service experience. The manager on duty spoke to me and apologized for the terrible experience I had and told me I could come back any time and I would receive either a full refund on my order or they could replace my entire order for me. She was so sincere (which I really appreciated) and so I went days after to get a refund on my order and the gentlemen that helped apologized and offered me dessert for the inconvenience. They gave me a full refund and even a little more for the gas I spent to go get the refund. This is the definition of true hospitality and value of their customers. I will definitely continue to go to this McDonald’s as they have more then did enough to keep me as a customer. Great Way to keep a loyal customer.
Same ol' thing.. bad service half effort food.. never a good experience.. but grand baby loves ❤️ a good happy meal...

I have finally found the worst mcdonalds in America. No one to take our money, im guessing the manager, being disgruntled, no straws, no condiments.
Very very lazy McDonalds, if it wasn’t consistently lazy I wouldn’t do a review. But each time the employees are very bland,this I got a broken lid with soda along the side of the cup and I informed the employee and he said “sorry it came like that”… instead of simply just changing it. The food during the day sits in the heating shelves for a period of time longer than its supposed to be set and the food shows it.
