The employees were helpful, and I was offered help several times while I was fighting to get to the app, because my phone was being irritating. Since I just got my scooter, I've been stuck at the house for years, and as we don't have a car, I'm a McDonald's app newb.The lady who took my order assisted me with that, and didn't make me feel stupid, which is a major plus in my book!
after ordering some fudge sundays, they ask us to park and wait because the fudge was not warm yet, they forgot about us, we waited for 10min, I finally came in and I'm standing at the counter, two shift leaders standig right there talking ignoring me, I called on a cashier next to them that was doing nothing and she took her sweet time to come to me and ask what I need it. I told her why I had to go in and she was at a lost, she looked at the leaders whom were still talking and NOTHING!!! ?????????? very frustrateing situation just for a couple of icecreams ????? I usually don't expect much from fast food restaurants amd speacially McDonald's, but this was ridiculous, really. Is not the first time I have a bad experience in this particular McDonal's, but this was over the top in a very VERY bad way. ?????????
The place had a dozen workers and they were all busy so I give them 5 stars on there hard work for barely getting paid nothing for the owner of this McDonalds who has a bathroom out of serviceSeriously hire a plumber you cheap skate Folks need to pee sometimes before they eat especially if they been on a long road trip.
I appreciate this place because their soda tastes like what you asked for. Anyone else run into the McDonalds coke that tastes blue before? Lol. Anyway, knocking off a star because of the wait time and a few times getting fries that were way to salty. Just a tip, even if the line looks long stick with that vs order pickup. I've been stuck there for close to 20 minutes waiting for my food with crying kids in the car and it wasn't pretty! We stick with the drive thru now which has always been faster.
They had my order wrong. Went back n told them I did not order that. Then they gave me my order.. my mistake was not checking it I was so late now. ? I left to church and then I noticed 3 missing items called them and they told me that they where sorry but I had come back any day of the week for my whole free order only before 11am. Since it was breakfast.They did give me my whole order for free.
They were really nice snd gave us a free drink since the drive through line was long. Always great service!
To me it's a typical McDonalds. Sometimes the food is good, meaning doesn't taste stale or isn't over cooked or cold. Other times fries have been cold, hamburger buns tasted old, soda seemed watered down... like I said, to me it is a typical McDonalds. The employees have always been friendly!

So at 1PM on a Wednesday afternoon, they've got to lanes open, that merge into one for the drive-thru. My friend and I have been sitting in this long, hot line, for well over 10minutes, we just placed our order, finally. I think this locarjoj ,,
9/10 times they get my extremely simple order wrong. I order 2 double hamburgers plain I literally say at the order window just the meat and the bun. I feel like I’m winning the lottery when they actually get it right.
